HSL Chairs - Poole/Bournemouth Bewertungen 

We visited the poole showroom recently to view the sofas, although we purchased a sofa , we found it rather a hectic experience even though we we had an
appointment, as there was a family with there grandmother !
This is the third purchase we have made with HSL and
have been pleased so far .

The lady who dealt with my purchase was very helpful and ensured in her opinion I had chosen a suitable chair that fitted my body shape.

Mum and I visited the HSL store in Branksome, Poole to have a look around and ordered two settees! From the moment we stepped into the store we were given a very warm welcome. Emma and Andrea were super helpful and knowledgable. We felt very well looked after and Mum is now excited for the arrival of her new settees.

We had heard of HSL and know people who were your customers. We went to HSL Branksome and were dealt with by Colette. Not pushy, just let us wander and try. Made us a coffee. Very easy to deal with. Answered all our questions without trailing off into reams of chit chat. Very pleasant person.

I took my elderly not well mother to the Poole site to purchase arm chair, we were greeted by the 2 ladies working the Sunday shift, both lovely and very friendly, then Emma helped us out, she showed us round the showroom and showed mum the options which were exactly what she needed for her situation. Emma was great, very friendly, professional and delivered a great service. Mums looking for to the delivery of her new chair.

Please note that i made an error when writing my early review at the end of May. I applied a one star. IT SHOULD HAVE A 5 Star.The service at Poole/Bournemouth store was most evcellent and i am very happy with the outcome. The matter was corrected later.

I visited the Poole branch and was met with a warm welcome from Andrea, whose customer service was outstanding. Andrea was extremely helpful and also knowledgeable about the specific chair I was looking for. HSL even deliver to the Isle of Wight… I can’t wait for my new chair to arrive.

Jason and Ashley delivered our chairs. They were friendly, cheerful and proficient. They put everything together and demonstrated how to work the recliner. It was a smooth, positive experience.
We have had an excellent service from HSL from the show room to the delivery. Thank you.

Wayne and Andy who delivered my chair where so kind, helpful and made me very happy.. Their instructions were easy to follow on how to use my new chair. They were amusing and a pleasure to have in my house.

Shopped at poole store. Absolutely fantastic staff, no pressure but very knowledgeable about products. I took time to make my selection. Chair delivered in time frame explained on ordering. Two very friendly chaps delivered chair and explained how to secure comfort settings. Delighted with quality of product. HSL are a fantastic company to buy from.

Emma knew her products, took her time and was very efficient.

Mary at the Bournemouth branch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mary didn't mind how long we took to decide which armchairs to choose, we didn't feel rushed. Everything was explained throughly, the whole shopping experience was very pleasant, so much so that we purchased 3 armchairs.

Excellent service and help when choosing the furniture. Delivered with care and notified by driver when they were half an hour away. The sofas were unpacked and all packaging material removed.

I am thrilled with my new chair so comfortable and looks great. Delivery was quick and the installation easy and friendly. Thank you HSL
