HSL Chairs - Newcastle-under-Lyme Bewertungen 

Having damaged my knee and needing a comfortable chair I rang HSL on a Saturday morning. They arranged for Julie to bring 3 chairs for me to try on the Monday morning. Julie was very helpful and patient. The chair is very comfortable and just what I needed. Duncan from Burnley delivered it on the Thursday within 15 minutes of the time quoted the night before which is amazing as this is not an easy address to find. Wonderful service throughout. I can’t thank them enough.

This is about the Aysgarth chair having received my new chair and used it for a few days I find it very comfortable and pleased about the help of the Newcastle staff.
So the controller with the isolation switch is a great idea, the heat pad at the rear is perfect and the fact that it switches off on timer I think is perfect also the solid foot rest is ideal generally I recommend this chair.
I just wish it was more upto date ie phone charging or a usb A or usd C point the head rest could be softer and movable and the last point is if the legs could be higher for medical reasons but that’s just my thoughts many thanks HSL your still top of the list

The shop staff were very helpful and patience, we were very pleased with the information we received. The delivery team phoned 25 mins. before arriving, Paul and Jon unpacked everything and removed all the packaging. The furniture was assembled and placed where we wanted them. The assembly process was explained and everything checked over and working. A very professional service well done.

We went to HSL in Newcastle Under Lyme greeted by John and he was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the furniture we looked at. We took delivery of our Lucca sofa and chair and our really pleased with it. So a big thank John from satisfied customers. Derek and Chris.

We were warmly greeted on arrival, John even rushed out with umbrella on our 2nd visit. He was attentive to our needs, polite and most efficient. The whole team were most helpful at all times and responsive to our complicated needs. John also ensured we had full knowledge of the 'next steps' process of the transaction. HSL Newcastle-Under-Lyme. I went to buy a suite and chairs. I knew the suite I wanted to buy. David and John were so very helpful and didn’t rush me in choosing the fabric at all. I even went back a second time to change my choice of colour. Everything was so very straight forward and am looking forward to my delivery.

The lady we spoke to about the chairs was very helpful, ensured the chair was the correct height for me, answered all our queries and ensured we were happy with our selection. She guided us through the handset and explained the payment procedure.
The two men, Chris and Shane, who delivered the chair were very careful not to damage anything. They moved the chair I had and placed it elsewhere for me. Having assembled the chair they guided me through the handset and ensured I was happy with everything before they left. All waste was removed by them.

The staff at Newcastle were easy to talk with and gave us the information we needed without any pressure. After our first visit we returned some weeks later to make a final decision.
Chris and Terry, the delivery crew, came on time and were cheerful, helpful and efficient.

Julie was very engaging and pleasant to deal with. She was very knowledgeable about the products and gave is very useful information without being pushy giving us plenty of time to consider our options. Thank you.

We found John at the NewCastle underlyne store , we found him very courteous and his product knowledge was excellent, Which resulted in us buying another chair from HSL.

Our sofa and two chairs are from the Himolla range which I understand is new to HSL.

Our very pleasant and efficient delivery team were Craig and Danny who took great pains not to damage our property or the new furniture.

On the negative side:-

1. The two seater sofa would not fit through our standard front door, so had to have it's motor removed to do so.

2. We chose a "Grande" and "Super-Grande" chair but in actual fact they are almost identical except that one is barely 2cm higher than the other.

3. Time from order to delivery was meant to be 10 - 12 weeks but after chasing our order a couple of times, we got it in just over 15 weeks.

Anyway, after saying all that we are delighted with our beautiful new furniture, which is very comfortable and a beautiful shade of pale green leather.

Had my Grandma's chair delivered today, delivery drivers were great, set up the chair and put it exactly where my Grandma requested.

We visited the Newcastle Under Lyme store with my 92 year old Aunt, who is in a wheelchair, and has a number of health issues. She wanted a recliner chair with uplift, to enable her to relax in comfort. We were welcomed by the staff, and especially Fallon who was extremely helpful and friendly. Fallon was very professional and reassuring, explaining all the options to my Aunt without pressuring her in any way. It made the whole experience special, and we left the store completely satisfied with the service we had received. We paid the extra charge for premium delivery, and the chair was delivered, as promised, within 3 working days. I’m pleased to say that my Aunt is delighted with her purchase, and is full of praise for HSL. A big thank you to all concerned!

We visited the Newcastle-under-Lyme branch twice in order to view the products and later to complete the order.
On both occasions we were served by John who we found to be very friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him, explaining the products and fabrics and their suitability for our needs. At no point did we feel pressured into making a purchase.
Fabric samples were provided to take home and consider and one which wasn’t in stock was ordered and was delivered within 24 hours.
The furniture arrived slightly sooner than expected. We were kept well informed about the time of the delivery. Alex and Danny delivered the furniture on time, both were friendly and efficient.

Had cause to visit HSL for the 3rd time in last 3 months to purchase a Recliner Chair.This time John was busy at first so we were dealt with by Dawn.As with all previous staff Dawn was very helpful and patient as we discussed our various requirements.Later we were joined by John who helped us settle on a chair which met our needs .We have always found the staff at this Branch knowledgeable,helpful and polite a credit to H S L .Yet again well done and thanks to all involved

When is a salesperson not a salesperson? When they are a comfort specialist. HSL's attitude to selling is brilliant. Really helpful staff like John from the Newcastle-Under-Lyme store helped guide us to a sofa that was right for us. We were never rushed, allowed to sit for ages and chill out making sure it was perfect for us. The choice of fabrics was amazing. The hardest bit was waiting for it to arrive. Install day was painless and simple with helpful and courteous staff. We have now had the sofa a few weeks and we are delighted with it and look forward to many winter nights in comfort. The sale person was polite and lovely. Very helpful, just a shame when we asked for discount. As we had seen the sale on the Internet. We were told a price and we paid our deposit. But had got to wait 10 weeks for delivery! Next couple of days we recieved a parking fine for parking by the show room. Even though we put our registration in correctly. Then had a promotion through the post stating our chairs had a larger discount. The manager at Newcastle store sorted everything out.
The delivery men were very nice and friendly Alex and Shane and assembled the chairs efficiently.
