Spent most of an afternoon trying out various recliner chairs. Staff were very helpful and informative and allowed us to take our time and reach a decision without any pressure. They explained all the various prices and options and were very patient when we kept changing our minds. We eventually decided on two Stressless recliners which have just been delivered and we are delighted with them.

The staff were absolutely lovely — friendly, helpful, and really knowledgeable about the products. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, taking the time to answer our questions and ensure we were completely happy with our choices.

After purchasing a chair from your Oxford store 2 weeks ago with help from the lovely Emma, I had no hesitation in requesting a home visit for my mother in law. We had a phone call asking what we were interested in and Tania and Johnny came with chairs to try in my mother in law's minute apartment, nothing was too much trouble and Tania was very patient explaining instructions, we are now awaiting our delivery. The staff are very helpful. They talk to you about the product and encourage you to test out the product.eg sit on chairs lay on beds. You get offered tea coffee biscuits and you can take your time.

Fabulous service. This team really know their product range and have an excellent eye for your comfort. We recently purchased a sofa and were having trouble deciding on finish, they gave us swatches to take home, no pressure ever applied to purchase, great advice when we did buy. Our sofa is being delivered on exactly the shortest timeframe they provided, hand built in Yorkshire and we can’t wait to start our new comfortable relaxation!
