If I could I'd give HSL 10 stars! I've had such excellent customer service from everyone I have spoken to over the phone. I requested 2 home visits and Charlotte and Grahame both came twice. They were extra-ordinary in their support, help and patience and went the extra mile to do all they could to search for fabric swatches and explain the chairs to me. I cannot fault the way they provided such brilliant customer service. I am immensely grateful and huge thank you to you both and the staff I spoke to at Head Office and Maidstone. Jane

Having the sales lady coming to my home was especially important because of my age of 89 years old. After a period of haggling over price etc a good agreement was reached

Beth and Graham made a home visit to demonstrate a fireside chair. They were punctual, personable, knowledgeable and well prepared. I was put under no pressure to order (but did as the chair was so comfortable!).They left on time (I had another appointment) - and with a box of HSL biscuits.

The people who came were very nice, with lots of information and brought sample chairs and fabrics. They were happy to answer as many questions as I had. And take as long as I needed. I didn't feel rushed or pushed in to anything.

Louise ,the sales person ,was very friendly,attentive and knowledgeable about the product and the whole experience very pleasant.

The staff who came to my apartment were pleasant on time, polite and knowledgeable.

We were greeted by Saffron, and her warm and friendly greeting made us feel comfortable straight away.
The service she gave us was second to none. Helpful friendly and so so caring.
Also made us a lovely cup of tea.

The advice before acquiring the chair and the reality of using it both perfectly matched what my wife required. It is multi functional and easy to use.

There was a lot of parking right in front of the shop. I can't walk far, so that was a good start. The shop was light, airy and clean, well presented with a wide range of chairs to try out. Bethany was extremely helpful, kind and understanding. We weren't hurried and we're given refreshment. Purchased two chairs specific to my particular needs after trying multiple chairs. I can't praise them high enough.

Bought a dual control bed and HSL kept us informed all the way through to delivery. The delivery men were extremely good and assembled the bed in the room of our choice. They took care to get everything right.

Could not have wished to meet 2 more friendly & helpful people,nothing was too much trouble for them.On their sound advice,what we thought we were looking for was not suitable & they guided us through our options.As promised they also brought tea & biscuits!

I am very pleased indeed to have chosen HSL, a company I have known for many years and while still waiting for the chair, I know it will be of excellent quality and how good it is to BUY ENGLISH!!
Bethany and her driver (Fred?) were both very good company and there was no pressure to buy.

To have a company that brings furniture to your home to try out for comfort and fit is extraordinary and they deserve 5 stars for that alone. Gill and Grahame were so patient, very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend HSL Chairs.

Excellent service from the comfort specialist Saffron at the maidstone branch of HSL looked at the needs of my motherand was very patient with her resulting in us buying two sofas and a chair that was suitable for her needs I would recommend this store and thank you Saffron you are a credit to HSL.

No pusheness and Gilly engaged with my wife about her needs and she meet Jane's requirments. Totaly proffsonall and plesent.

The range of furniture was great and inviting. There was no pressure to buy but good helpful guidance for our needs .

The two representatives that i had come to me were Charlotte and Grahame the were very friendly and helpful they explain everthing to me it was a pleasurable expiance, i would recommend HSL company to anyone.

The sales lady at the Maidstone Branch, Makelia Saka, was extremely helpful in helping my mother find the right chair for her needs. Mum is very small and needed a chair to suit her. We thought we would have a couple of choices, but in fact there were several to choose from, such is their specialist nature. We would definitely recommend their services.
