Friendly sales staff who could not be more helpful. Good selection of chairs and suites to help my mum with movement and comfort.
Delivery is a bit slower having had to cancel one delivery and reschedule than would have liked.

Visited the Sterling showroom in London Road, Glasgow to view Ercol sofas. Charlie provided us with information about HSL/Ercol. Having recently retired from health and social care I was interested that range designed by Occupational Therapists. The sofas we tried were both supportive and comfortable. We had gone in on the start of our search for a sofa journey looking for two fixed sofas but with Charlie's help we felt we didn't need to look any further. There was no hard sell, just good information about options available. So we have added on dual recliner functions and heated lumber cushions. Think that will be so cosy in the winter months.
We had a number of questions for Charlie predominantly about sizing and pricing before placing an order. Charlie kept us in the loop if she needed to check something out with her manager but she always came back to us when she said she would, which was very positive for my husband and I. We visited the store again today and placed our order. Excellent customer service received.
PS Good coffee and cakes in the coffee shop. We were offered tea/coffee by Charlie but I had already spotted the cakes!!

I had a fantastic experience with Charlie at HSL on London Road Glasgow (within Sterling). She really took the time to understand what I needed because of my disability, was thorough throughout, and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. The difference this new seating will make to my comfort and daily life is huge. Charlie’s care and attention made the whole process easy and reassuring — couldn’t recommend her enough! I’m truly grateful for Charlie’s professionalism, empathy, and dedication throughout the process.

Having visited your showroom in Glasgow, we also visited other showrooms to compare. However nothing was anywhere near the quality of your chairs. Although they were the most expensive they were indeed the best. Your salesman Kerr was very attentive, knowledgeable and polite.

I made 2nd trip to HSL new store outlet inside Sterling furniture London Rd Glasgow.
I was met by Kerr comfort specialist. I was immediately impressed with his customer service also indepth knowledge of furniture I wanted to purchase new sofa. Kerr spent lot time telling me benefits of each type sofa also took him time going through all swatches of materials I could have. No hassle no sale pressure I would certainly recommend this furniture store as nothing is a problem staff very attentive. I left having purchased my sofa in material of my choice can't wait for delivery!
