Went to the Farnborough branch to purchase rise and recline chairs for my elderly parents. A small but well stocked showroom. The sales staff (Karen in particular) were very helpful and knowledgeable and allowed my parents to relax, try out all the options and make their choices without any pressure or time constraints.

A very helpful member of staff Alex at Farnborough. He did everything he could to make sure we ended up with what we wanted and needed.

My Mother and I received a warm welcome from all of the staff at HSL in Farnborough. We made several visits to the store and Karen our Client Representative was attentive and professional at all times. My Mother particularly appreciated Karen’s patient and caring Customer Service Skills on each of our visits. My Mother finally chose her dream chair after much deliberation and advice from Karen. The showroom itself is lovely , with plenty of choice, the WC is spotless, now that’s worth a visit in itself. I’ll be recommending this store to all my friends and family.

We were greeted by a lovely lady called Sue who spent a very long time helping us. Nothing was rushed or too much trouble. If the quality of the furniture and delivery go as well we will be delighted. All in all a great experience.

We have just ordered a sofa and chair from HSL Farnborough. Sue was very knowledgeable and helpful and made a potentially difficult job very easy and to be recommended. Sue also makes a very good cup of tea!

The staff are very friendly and gave advice but we’re not at all pushy which was much appreciated.

It was a great relief to find a company that actually knew about their furniture and where we could try different versions out. Karen, the saleslady was extremely helpful and gave us good advice and time to discuss and think things over. We have been delighted with the quality and finish of the product.
