Yesterday my husband and I visited HSL Coventry. We had slight difficulty finding their showroom within the shopping complex as it’s tucked away in a hidden corner, but once found everything went well! Nanette was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We were then offered coffee and biscuits whilst our order was processed, paperwork and payment done. We would highly recommend HSL Coventry.

An excellent visit which helped to inform and lead to an exciting decision. .
The welcome that we received in the Coventry store. We had time to walk around and browse and when we spotted the chair we were interested in we had help, information and guidance. Your staff were very polite and patient, aiding us to compare measurements. We did not feel pressurised in any way and once we were sure what we wanted to do we were guided through the process and able to ask questions or clarification.

Great service
The staff were super helpful when I visited there store at the Warwickshire retail park. Delivery was good to very quick and official. Two delivery guys Edwin and Garry, delivered my sofa with no problem. Very friendly and explain how the recliner part worked and made sure it all worked before they left. Would definitely recommend this company!

First Class Service
The entire procedure was smooth and professional. The Sales at the store were really knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Customer Services were really helpful and reassuring. Delivery team who delivered our 2 new chairs were fantastic. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and friendly, a pleasure to do business with.
