The staff were courteous and helpful. We viewed and tried out 3 chairs at home. There was a further selection available in the van if required. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was fully explained.

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and made my visit to buy a chair first class. They advised without being pushy and let me choose the chair I felt happy with, thank you ladies. Tracy was great and Carol stepped in when Tracy was on holiday. Well done ladies

We were delighted with our visit from Fiona today. She was knowledgeable about her product and very gave very useful practical advice. Her manner and approach was spot on. We did not feel rushed or pressured whatsoever, and now look forward to delivery with confidence.

We booked a home visit for my 90 yr old mum to select a riser recliner. Fiona and Riccardo (?) arrived right on time and proved extremely adept at setting up and dismantling the chairs. Fiona was very patient at explaining how the chairs worked, ensuring that mum was sitting comfortably and properly supported by each chair. As my mum tires easily having a home appointment was the best solution and she enjoyed the chance to try the 3 chairs in her living room. The whole appointment was very relaxed and we were able to get the chair selected within a week on express delivery.

Your customer service was exceptional and Fiona who travelled a round trip of 300 miles gave a fantastic service and advice about your company and considering there had been a major RTA was really upbeat and very helpful member of your staff. Currently I cannot review your product as my furniture won't be delivered until November although I found the samples Fion brought very comfortable. My only disappointment was that my feet didn't reach the floor as I'm only 4'11" tall.

Fiona was very good 💯 she went through every thing that the chair can do then I sat in the chair and she demonstrates what the chair can do .
I would highly recommend FIONA very practical and not pushy ✅

As soon as we walked into the showroom we were made so welcome by Tracy , she was so helpful with my mum and gave brilliant advice that led to my mum purchasing her chairs and so happy that she had made the right decision

We were made to feel very welcome. We were left to browse the showroom ourselves with no added sales pressure. The staff in the shop were lovely and Tracey was very kind and helpful. We would definitely shop at HSL again and we would highly recommend anyone to shop there too !

Went in today to look at recliners for my Mum. Can’t fault the service and attention we received from Evelyn. Super friendly, excellent advice and demonstrations. We never felt rushed or hassled. Everything was explained very clearly. Above and beyond service. Highly recommended.

Staff are very product knowledgeable and were super patient in helping my mother select the chair that was just right for her. They then went out of their way to explore how best to apply various discounts to help reduce the total cost.

Evelyn greeted us when we first arrived and was so attentive, helpful and courteous during our visit. She spent so much time taking us through all our options which enabled us to make the right choice. The level of service from Evelyn and her colleagues was outstanding and a credit to the company

Just took my mum to store in Bathgate, the staff were amazing. Especially Tracy, she was patient and very friendly.
Mum tried a few chairs before deciding on the one she wanted, cannot fault the service from Tracey.

My wife and I were welcomed into the shop by Lorna, and at no point did we feel pressured. They have a wide range of products, and we were specifically looking for certain items.

We had the opportunity to try out the chairs and beds, and we ultimately decided to purchase a lovely chair. Lorna was friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with information about all the items we considered. She also worked with us to agree on pricing and delivery.

We will definitely be using their services again and will be sure to ask for Lorna—you won't be disappointed!!
