This company responses quickly when a claim is submitted. Occasionally I have queried the decision on a claim submitted and the company has always reconsidered their decision. Over the years the company has modernised and it is now much easier to submit a claim.

On line claim is so easy now instead of filling out forms. Return is great for the top plan I'm in. Lodged to my account very quickly. They keep regular contact by email. I'm almost 66 years and am years with HSF and I can manage it, no calls where I am put from one voicemail to another pressing buttons and getting nowhere like other places I deal with. Full arks for HSF and the staff too.👍
