On 7 August last year, HRV replaced our Nuaire ventilation system with a Vent- Axia unit. I was very impressed with the standard of advice they gave, and their attention to detail in providing advice and documentation. The engineer installing the new unit was very friendly and helpful. He was also very tidy and cleaned up thoroughly on completion of the job. After service was also professional and helpful.

Great service from the start. The engineer was efficient and informative at every point along the way. He explained when to press the boost for the Ventilation System and how much air was coming into one of the rooms from the vents which is why the room was always cold.

I've used HRV on several occasions from installing a new ventilation system to maintaining it. They're knowledgeable and very efficient and helpful with appointments.

I had a rattling sound happening frequently since the service, and despite contacting them I heard nothing back. Dreadful customer service to ignore my email and I will be raising a complaint.

The engineer, Mihia, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to replace the filter and set up the system properly. He clearly explained how to use and control the boost button on the ventilation system. Mihia also made sure to check everything, complete the report, and send the email right away.

Our property has used HRV’s services for several years. Booking is always easy, and their customer service is excellent.

Engineer was very experienced and after a quick check, he concluded there was no problem with our unit. This gave us a lot of assurance.

Engineer is very knowledgeable and explain how to maintain the system.

Our MVHR unit broke down and HRV Group carried out the inspections. In the end, we decided to replace the unit, and they managed to sort everything out in less than a week. Now everything is working perfectly. Special thanks to Patrick H and Larry M for the excellent job they did.
