Exceptional, it's just what my business needs

The overall interface is pretty and easy to use. However, that means NOTHING if using the product causes a terrible experience. A majority of the headache lies with the Employee Records section. It takes absolutely forever just to get into it and have all employees load. It can take up half my day if I need to make a handful of changes. In addition to extremely poor and inexcusable load times, the site logs me out while trying to save changes. I believe this has to do with how long it takes to load anything. Saving changes takes just as long, and if it takes too long, it won't save the changes and I will need to log back in. I had submitted a ticket about these issues sometime last year, but support was absolutely no help and barely ever responded. If it wasn't for the nice looking interface, this would be a 1 star review.

We purchased the HR Application module. It has worked great for us. Very thorough, how quick someone completes it tells us of the level of interest and often contains more info. than a resume does. Quick and easy to use.

Pretty bad query search and navigation tools.

We have been having issues with people not being able to fill out an application on their phones. The mobile side only shows a portion of the application. When we print an application nothing lines up and makes it hard to read.

Overall - outstanding, but 4 star given simply because there are areas that are simply just awkward in using - too much switching screens to get the something done. Example: the parts of each section of adding an employee - has to be saved per section and is just slow. Otherwise I recommend to all some business clients and customers.

With 32 employees, we find HR Direct to me extremely helpful to organize our PTO schedule throughout the year.

Always a friendly representative on the other end of the line if a call was necessary.

The app tends to be very slow and doesn't always work the way it is supposed to.

The app is great until there is a technical issue. Then its very hard to get help and have someone actually resolve the problem. The tech support will respond they are working on your issue but then you have to constantly email them to see if issue has been resolved. At this point, I haven't had my issue resolved nor has anyone responded to my last email. That's what is frustrating. I was generous in giving a 3 star review.

There are too many bugs that require work arounds. These apps also do not synch with payroll services.

It can sometimes be glichy and applicants have trouble filling out the application. I would be nice if you could have multiple states at one time with a link for each state.

Very happy with the HRdirect Smart App. Wish there was a place to click onto webinar recordings.

Love the attendance app just wish there was a way to update all active employee records at once, for example if we send every employee home due to power outage.

Love the online application! Very easy for candidates to complete prior to interviews.

In general I like the app. However, I wish I could enter a block of vacation dates in one entry so I didn't have to enter each day individually which takes a lot of time. I have some employees who take sabaticals or several weeks off at once. It is tedious to make the entry (especially if they end up changing the dates after the fact. Also, I frequently have difficulty getting on the app from my iPad, not sure why.
