I contacted Hozelock because my broken brass outdoor tap had been replaced by a shoddy version with no proper thread to screw on which damaged the hozelock attachment of their 2-way tap connector (they are v good I have two). I just needed a replacement for the damaged white screw on connector - the rest of the connector was fine - I asked if they could send me another white threaded part and without argument they sent me A WHOLE NEW TAP CONNECTOR. Which was v generous - except now I am left with with a whole working 2-way connector with nothing wrong with it but no white threaded part which is a dilemma for me as I'm not good at throwing almost working bits of kit away....

Had a problem with my 40m self wind hose reel leaking. Contacted hozelock customer services and Leena sorted my issue out in quick time.
As far as the hose reel is concerned there seems to be a design issue as many others have had the same issue. Come on Hozelock sort it out as we rely on you name to supply quality equipment. This issue has been known for a good while. If I had read the comments on other sites I may not have bought 2 of these for my large garden.

Having a 40m auto hose reel for 5 years I was disappointed when the internal spring broke and the hose no longer retracted, especially as it was past the 5 year warranty period. I contacted customer service ( via email) my expectations were quite low as I have had this type of "at a distance "brush off before. I was surprised when I heard back within a few days wanting details and photo's which I did and there followed a diligent ,courteous and professional e-mail string that resulted in a brilliant outcome. How refreshing it is to find a company that not only makes an excellent product AND stands by it with a Customer Service department that is well worthy of the name .
Congratulations to Hozelock for standing up and looking after their customers.

Following the purchase of a cart hose reel and it's correct setup both ends leaked despite extra ptfe tape.
After contacting and sending photos details our contact was prompt and happy to offer a replacement.
Top service and a spare to offer to charity ? !!

Although very disappointed that my 3rd supahoze in 5 yrs burst without warning whilst being used ( yes do keep running until all water emptied and store indoors ) Leena in customer service has been incredibly helpful and offered amazing service and a replacement , I am keeping everything crossed that this one will have a longer life.

Cannot fault the Hozelock team, Leena solved my problem I had with a burst hose, & within a week received a replacement, she made it simple to claim with no difficulty, wish other firms would adopt this customer service.

My tuff hose had a fault after 5 years (started leaking around the ferrule).
I phoned the customer service and spoke to Cameron who was very knowledgeable and requested that I send over a proof of purchase and promised to send out a replacement. After sending over the requested proof Cameron replied within minutes a said a new hose would be sent out to me, it arrived after 3 working days.
Great service and a great product, I would highly recommend.

I bought a Hozelock Tuffhoze 25m in August 2022. This product unfortunately developed a leak after 4 years. I contacted Hozelock and have been dealing with Leena in customer services who has processed my warranty claim. She was very efficient and the claim process from first email to having a new hose was just under 2 weeks.

I contacted Hozelock in an attempt to get a spare part.
As the item I was after is not supplied as a spare, Hozelock generously supplied me with a new unit.
Blown away. Very grateful.

A big delivery mix-up — which led to our order being delivered to the wrong address and Royal Mail asking us for an additional £7.00 ….. eventually sorted out amicably and professionally with Cameron of customer services. All’s well that ends well..

Leena was most helpful. I ordered the hose trolley, because it read 'self assembled'. Very misleading,as i literally took it that it would arrive ready to use. Not the case, i was going to return it on principle, until a good friend assembled it all for me. Leena explained what 'self assembled' actually meant. I shall be wary of this in future. All ok now. Was disappointing though.

My hose split after just over a year. Sent hoselock an email and received a response within 3 days. They have now replaced my hose.
