Happy owner of a new Nissan X-Trail bought from Harvey at Howards. Saw an offer online and popped into the Dealership on a Sunday. Harvey was able to find us the right model in my preferred colour at the online offered price and we sorted my trade-in and the purchase within an hour. It arrived at Howards on the Friday and I picked it up the following Thursday. Harvey kept me informed throughout the process and couldn't have been more helpful in all our meetings and the handover. I had my previous X-Trail serviced at Howards for the past 7 years so I knew how good their service is, but this was the easiest car purchase I have ever had.

Sam welcomed us on the forecourt, enquired if he could help and showed us the various models, very helpful and unhurried with no pressure whatsoever. He then asked us inside to show us the various specs available, to find out which car suited us the best for our needs. We were offered a test drive and after, we discussed finance options with Damon involved. He was excellent at explaining the various options, again with no pressure to purchase.
We came away thinking ‘if only all car dealerships were this good’. After a good night’s sleep, we returned to purchase our new car and would recommend anyone to go to Howard’s at Weston-super-Mare.

What can I say huge thank you to the manager the viking sam the giant and sophie amazing service tolerant of me being such a dinosaur when it comes to settings etc had no clue about petrol hybrid and now it's all been explained they went above and beyond and I'm loving my new juke hadn't dissapointed

Really great service from Steve and Damon at Howards Hyundai in Weston-Super Mare last week. Visiting on the Monday I explained I needed a new family car for my wife that week. Between them they talked me through the options, arranged for me to test drive a vehicle and put together a deal that afternoon including my part- exchange. As it was late in the day Steve called me (on his day off) the next day to talk through the paperwork and ensure all my questions were answered. I was able to pick the car up on the Friday and Steve spent time with my wife to ensure she was completely comfortable with all the features of the car.
A faultless customer experience from start to finish.

An excellent visit to Hyundai Taunton for our first service. We’d arranged to be there at 8 with our i20. Excellent experience all round, including lovely sitting area with drinks and biscuits on tap. This was followed up with a video of our service plus a phone call from Dan to check we were happy.

I had my car pre-booked in for an MOT(which this was done with ease), on arrival I was greeted by a member of staff (Joe, I think), who was very friendly & polite. He asked if I was waiting or if I wanted to come back in about an hour? He told me once I’d come back to sit in the (comfy) waiting area & to help myself to a drink.
Once the MOT was complete a member of the workshop team, came through to me, Offering to show me the work completed, and explaining in depth the whole project.
I returned to the waiting area, 15mins later & my keys were brought to me, as I went outside I saw they had given my car a clean.
Very impressive experience, would highly recommend to friends and family.

I like dealing with Howard’s Kia in Taunton. They are efficient, easy to deal with but without that over the top insincere approach you get with some car dealerships, I used to buy Mercedes but nowadays I much prefer to deal with Kia.
