I had heard about David for a long time, and it was my dream to work with him. When I received the invitation for the train driver tests, I immediately scheduled a meeting. I wasn’t disappointed,David has an incredible amount of knowledge and experience.

There is no opt out to online testing when purchasing a test package; this is a subscription service and renews automatically until cancelled.
You cannot cancel directly on the site, and instead have to email the company at
They say they give a warning at 7 and 2 days, but that does not happen.
Any test package information you purchase has a limited number of downloads, and an expiry date - usually a couple of days.
The information provided as part of the test package is not relevant.

Having been unsuccessful on my first train driver assessment centre after applying for the train drivers role, knowing I'd have one final lifetime chance, I reached out to Dave Bebb and had a few 1-1 sessions (Stage 1&2 inc MMI) with him. He was very informative and gave me a higher chance of passing on my next go, especially as this being my dream career, I didn't want to fail. I came across Richard's videos on YouTube. These are some really nice materials that would help you structure your answers and nail the interviews.

At first, I was a bit sceptical about booking a one-to-one session due to the price. But I decided to take the plunge — and I’m so glad I did.
I had a one-to-one session with Dave Bebb to prepare for my trainee train driver assessments. I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Dave is an absolute genius. His knowledge is outstanding, and his approach is both professional and incredibly supportive. He’s reliable, personable, and just a genuinely great person to work with.
Dave trained me thoroughly and gave me the knowledge and confidence I needed to go into the assessment centre and give it my all — and I did. I passed! I truly believe I couldn’t have done it without his help. He is AMAZING!

I am extremely pleased with my results with How2Become! I subscribed to the psychometric test practice for Trainee Train Driver which I found very useful.
I then had 1-1 sessions with Dave Bebb who is excellent at what he does. He takes the sessions seriously and is always on time. I had 3hrs of interview coaching, then a final mock interview before my real interview. I am not particularly academic, but Dave was easily able to adapt and explain things in ways that I could understand and keep up with.
Everything was explained thoroughly, and Dave threw in plenty of gems which are valuable in any role. As a result I passed all the psychometrics, MMI and DMI interviews and I couldn't be happier! Interview coaching is a no brainer for anyone looking to further their career and skills.
