I Purchased some interview guides to help me prepare for an interview I recently had. I have to say that they really helped me to prepare and feel confident during my interview. I would definitely recommend. Just waiting to hear back if I was successful or not!

I am a crossroads at midlife with an alternative career taking precedence in my aspirations for the future development of myself and to also be of benefit for my family. This has resulted in me embarking, preparing and hopefully fulfilling my ambition to be a train driver. There are many obstacles to overcome to reach the rightfully necessary and stringent standards expected to be enrolled and fill a trainee train driver vacancy. The probability of succeeding is minimal. I committed myself to a day training with David Bebb via how2become. This turned out to be a day of enlightenment! The advice I was given, assessment of the strengths and weaknesses, guidance on the expectations and processes of the psychometric assessments was of paramount importance. This has given me a thorough understanding of how I need to improve upon my weaknesses and advantageous ways of presenting myself to maximise my chances of becoming a train driver. David is very empathetic, experienced, honest, knowledgeable, and understanding. His demeanour makes the day a very fluid process. I am so looking forward to the 2 hour follow up meeting I have with him. I am absolutely certain it will be another invaluable 1 to 1 insight of knowledge and preparation to ultimately improve my chances of progression. Highly recommend. It could be the stand out difference between me being successful or failing in my quest to be a train driver.

No idea why you have taken a lot of money off my credit card and you continue to take money from my credit card. I’ve looked into my how2beome account and yet I can not see any subscriptions and there is nowhere you can cancel subscriptions. Please explain why you’re taking money on a weekly basis. My advice to anyone is do not store your car here

I booked the Police Online Assessment Process Training Webinar with David Bebb. I also used David Bebb for a one-to-one talk about the Police in-force interview process.

David knows what he is talking about, he has worked in the industry and seen enough of the Police assessment process to be able to deliver this type of service in a clear, concise and useful manner. He is an expert and master of interview techniques which is invaluable for when you face a structured process such as police assessment.

The seminar delivered by David was quite frankly one of the best decisions I have ever made. When we think about how important our careers are to us and our families why wouldn't we want to do everything we can to prepare ourselves and give us the best chance of being successful? Don't get me wrong, the seminar is not a cheat sheet, it is designed for those people that really want to join the police and already have what it takes. It answers all those questions that you may have about each section of the process and tells you what you need to do to best prepare yourselves so that you have the confidence to present the best possible versions of yourselves. I was a little confused by the sifting and selection process, the online process, the in-force interview, vetting etc. There are so many parts that need to be passed that it is very easy to get a little lost or confused, David Bebb's webinar cuts through all of that and helps to get you focused.

The time I spent with David one-to-one was time well spent. He answered my questions, he through a few role playing interviews my way and gave me some interview tips (also given in the seminar).

I passed. I am starting with the police (south coast) in 2023. I put the hard work in, used my own experiences and my own character to get through. But I did it supported by the information I got through the seminar and one-to-one with David. Like I said, easily one of the best decisions I ever made.

I knew nothing about interview strategies. I am going to appear for a university scholarship interview and this course has well equipped me with better interview techniques and strategies.
