While we fully understand that the final decision rests with the consulate, our job is to prepare our clients with the strongest possible submission and if we didn’t help your family present their ties to the home country clearly, that’s a gap we have to take seriously.

We’re especially concerned by your comments about professionalism and the lack of proper guidance. That’s not acceptable, and we’re taking this up with the responsible team to audit how this case was handled - not just to understand what went wrong, but to prevent it from repeating for anyone else.
