Second time ordering from House of Pods, my order got lost or couldn't be delivered, i contacted them and within an hour or less i received a response, the customer service agent was quick friendly and efficient, he reprocessed my order and i received it the next day, amazing service would highly recommend!

My 3rd or 4th trustpilot review for these guys and i never give in to more than 1 or 2 but i really want to say that they are just absolutely grating for price delivery customer service and support not to mention price and products they are my absolute go to place i will not even consider buying from anyone else unless its snus vikings for nicopods as they are of the same quality as house of pods but i normally go to hop for my orders as i am a chew bag guy but yes this company is just 5*s across the board and I will never be able to go back to anywhere else

My first order, i thought i had an incorrect order, and after some prompt replies from Adrian, we settled it and he said he would send me 7 free pots, upon review Adrian then realised i made a mistake myself, but due to the confusion offered to send me out 2 free pots anyway, the customer service is outstanding, and the product of course is top, amazing service and very very highly recommend you use this company over any other!

Ordered at 2pm on Friday, arrived 11:30 on a Saturday. Selection is incredible, didn’t have one of my items in stock and offered a refund, replacement or to send it out when it’s back in stock. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough compared to others.
