This used to be my dealer of choice for HD, It is even walking distance from my house, however I am done with them after this year with them.
First I get my CVO back from them from winter storage and they said my bike was leaking oil, so paid deductible and had them fix it. That then lead to 3 more times me taking it back over a two and a half month time frame for them to fix the leak they were already were supposed to fix. One time the service told me the oil was just residual oil never cleaned off from the last service. It finally was fixed when they took it apart and found out they pinched and folded a seal when they did engine work on it. this caused me a loss of three months of riding this season.
Then I was attempting to purchase a second bike from them, used and in decent shape but had some lights out in the cluster. After days of going back and forth coming up with an agreement they originally wanted, showing they never budged and i kept adding more and more to the deal, they then come back and tell me they wont fix the lights that are out and if i spend 800 more dollars then i can get free storage when the on going deal for years has been if you buy a bike from us the first year winter storage is free. then they come back and tell me someone else is paying full price in two days so they cant even meet the original agreement.
What a joke, I have never been treated with such disrespect and treated like dog crap on their shoes! What a horrible place of business.
