The Windsor console table was more stunning when it arrived than from the pictures online. It’s beautiful and very well made. It compliments our reception hallway so much. The packaging of it was excellent. Thankyou so much House of Altair.

From ordering, the communication about delivery dates and then delivery was excellent.
The delivery staff were polite and courteous and helped us check over the order before leaving.

Had never ordered from here before however I found something I was looking for online and it was a fraction of the price on house of Altair so I decided to try it and I was not disappointed! My order was exactly as it looked on the website and it came super fast very happy with my order

I have bought two chandeliers over the years and the company have been excellent. The chandeliers are beautiful and value for money. A couple of minor issues were dealt with very quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have had our kitchen done after knocking down a wall we looked for a large clock to go on a feature wall and came across one from House of Altair that fitted our design. Even though this was purchased a couple of months ago we purchased it ready for the completion of our project. I have had it placed in the middle of the wall and everyone loves it but we are not happy with the actual mechanics in the little box at the back that controls the time. I don't know if it's broken or just not the best of quality if you adust the time the arms almost come off and you have to push them back but make sure to hold the back of the box as the casing will come off. This would be OK if I did not have to adjust the time as it seems to be running slow. If it was nit for this issue I would be very happy the the item and the response I have off friends and family who have been to see my new kitchen and feature wall.

We bought a sideboard from House of Altair. It is the nicest piece of furniture and matches our dining room as if it were bespoke!!

Sturdy bookcase delivered just before Christmas as requested.
Some confusion regarding delivery dates due to proximity of festive season but all arrived and very well packaged ! Assembly was straightforward and I am very impressed by the quality. Communication with courier could have been easier. I received the request for feedback before the bookcase had been delivered! Would certainly buy from them again

Reported manufacturing fault and got an answer said you would look into it but have heard no more inspite of emailing to ask what is happening .. now stick with faulty item I don’t know what to do with.
I am going to seek advice and come back to you but will you answer my email ?!!!
