I was weary to use an online estate agent but you get more than you bargained for!! Aimee has been there every step of the way, answered questions in a timely manner & just generally been really helpful. Would 100% recommend.

They took pictures, put the property for sale on appropriate websites and within the week had a viewing. I am paying extra for them to have an Agent show viewers round the property because of my mums disability to do so. They take of their shoes and made sure mum was ok whilst they showed the viewer round. I cannot thank them enough for their customer service and patience communicating with me( working shifts). I recommend Housenetwork.

I guess the old adage of getting what you pay for springs to mind, I only wish that the "sales" staff were as proactive about selling my property as they are about selling house networks add ons and conveyancing.
Nothing more than a fancy website and hot air, failed viewings, zero interest in generating leads, no feedback or suggestions and frankly a waste of £700+

BE warned, once they have your money they couldn't give a toss about selling your property!

** Edit 24.10.2018 tried to speak to my "dedicated advisor" today about following up on previous viewings and proactively selling the property to be told that after three failed attempts to contact the folk who viewed my house they weren't going to chase and that my asking price really ought to be dropped, when pressed the agent openly admitted he hadn't a clue about the local market but was going on "national averages"

28.10.2018 property went on with a local high street agent, 4 viewings booked within 24 hours!!

Still in the process of buying a house but staff at house network are making the process so easy.
Friendly and very helpful service, would use then in the future and recommend to others.
