Don't usually leave reviews but we've been so pleased with the purchase of our hot tub from Liverpool Hot Tubs that we thought we share a quick review. From the initial contact, pricing, sales support through to purchase and then after sales has been great. Delivery was spot on, installation even though it had to come through our neighbours was smooth and painless, the guys did a cracking job. As things stand we can't fault anything and hopefully we get many year of pleasure from the tub. We are happy we've supported a local business and hope anyone reading this does the same.

Excellent service and support, from choosing the right Hot Tub for our needs and wants at the showroom with Claire to instillation, set up and demonstration at home with Mike and Dan. Would highly recommend Hot Tub Liverpool as they also supply after sales support like no other.

Mike, the appointed joinery specialist and the rest of the team did an amazing job in replacing all of the damaged / rotted timbers at the bottom and full perimeter of the hot tub itself as well as the full replacement of the existing / worn J225 lid with a new procast cover lid. Upon completion, Mike did a full MOT of the hot tub as it hadn't been used for nearly 12 months and replaced the jacuzzi clear-ray bulbs, flushed out the entire system and completely brought the hot tub back to life. All this was completed in very challenging weather conditions (heavy and persistent rain and wind) and all of the garden / decking was cleaned on completion with the old worn cover lid also being taken away and discarded for us. Hot Tub Liverpool are very highly recommended when it comes to repair and refurbishment works and I will endeavour to use them again in the future.

I’ve just had my new hot tub installed today 08/08/2024 and couldn’t be happier. A very professional service from walking in to the showroom and being helped by Dan to pick the hot tub best suited to my needs to the installation were I met Mike and both Mike and Dan carried out the works. Both genuinely nice friendly guys who do fantastic work. I couldn’t recommend hot tub Liverpool enough. Cheers

Brilliant service from start to finish. 5 stars

After visiting a couple of other Hot Tub sales sites, we visited Mike on a Bank Holiday Monday on a whim. Greeting was friendly but not overbearing and left us to browse. Came over and answered all questions honestly and with the range of slightly rectangular tubs which is what we needed, paid a deposit on the spot.

Delivery was coordinated for the exact time I had finished the hardcore base,, set up completely explained along with aftercare. Professional installation.

I had upgraded to WiFi and Bluetooth, there was slight issue with the WiFi but had been resolved.

Delighted with the Hot Tub and service from Mike and Dan, along with communication from Claire in the office.

Utilised hot tub Liverpool today, great service with really comprehensive communications. The team arrived on time as planned and relocated a hot tub to my premises. Once in location they gave me great advice on the use of the tub along with the chemicals required. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future and would recommend to everyone.

We are very happy with the service provided by the staff from Hot Tub Liverpool. The process was friendly, informative, the delivery and installation of our Oasis RX 562 Heatwave Hot Tub, including the external INHEAT Heat pump was done efficiently and to a high standard.
