I ordered on May 10th 2020, here it is July 4th 2020. They took my money right away and still haven't received my order. I have emailed this company everyday and still get the same response they are being printed. They said I'd get a refund of 10% and still haven't even seen that. This place is a scam and I'm going to report to Better Business Bureau.

I ordered my shirts on May 9, yes for Father's Day. Like most of the reviews, no confirmation at all,yet my money was taken immediately. In the order information they boasted most orders were sent out within 10 days, so I knew for sure would get it in time. But by June 10 I hadn't received anything so I did dispute it with my bank. Father's Day came and went no word at all. But after submitting the dispute and getting my money back, guess what received 2 emails. One saying order was shipping on June 30, and one basically saying they had received dispute. They won't refund your money personally it seems,so you have to go through your bank. Package came yesterday, but am sending back unopened because of this disaster. I have read a few positive reviews and just wonder how they got so lucky.

I ordered 1 shirt on may 30th. Still haven't received any information about it shipping. Have contacted them 3 different times and get same bs automated response. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them.

Ordered item May 8, 2020. It is now 6/24, no item, still no tracking info. Contacted via email FIVE times and still keep getting a scripted BS response that they "take my concerns seriously", but no real status info and no progress. It is now over 3 times the advertised length of time for items to ship. Scam.Scam Scam. Time to refute the charge!

Awful. And by reading the previous reviews.. all consistent. I ordered well in advanced, they didn't deliver. I will be processing a dispute with my cc company. I recommend the same for all. Very unprofessional, they would not issue a refund.

I ordered my husband a father's day shirt on May 3rd...... as of today June 23rd I still do not have it. Very unhappy with service and responses from company when emailed.

My order was placed on 5/23 which I believed was plenty of time for Father's Day. I was wrong! My account was charged for $32.98 2 days later and I never received a confirmation # or an estimated delivery date. This was supposed to be a Father's Day gift that was intended to give my husband in front of our family so that plan was shot!! I'm very disappointed!! If you order something make sure you order at the very least 5 weeks ahead of time, it's been exactly 1 month since I ordered and I have heard nothing.

My order was placed on 5/26 which I believed was plenty of time for Father's Day. Apparently I was wrong. My charge for $34.22 went through immediately. I never received a confirmation # or an estimated delivery date.' but the charge appeared on my credit card within 24 hours. This is my first (and last) order with this company. So disappointing. This is my husband's first Father's Day as a grandfather. Trying to reach someone at the company to get this resolved has gotten me nowhere., Lesson learned. Do NOT order from Hotteesfamily.

_This company is a joke. Ordered a shirt for Father's Day a month ago and it still hasnt shipped. Is this even a real company? I demanded a refund, but Ill probably be out $30 now because of these a-holes. They just keep sending me an automated response that its printing. How long does it take to print a damn tshirt?! Their "chat" thing doesnt even work!

Do not order from them!! They don't tell you it will take 2 months just to print the t-shirt and still not sure how long to ship. Today is 6/16/20 and I placed my order on 5/28. Looks like I won't get it in time for fathers day even though I ordered it a month before. They never said a thing about it taking months to get or they have to print it first. I am starting to think this company might be a scam to get your money. You can send them an email but every email back is auto response I can tell. They don't even bother to look at them or address your questions. I will be disputing this charge with my credit company. They screwed me with getting a fathers day gift on time now.

I placed an Order on May 30, 2020 and the charge hit my credit card on May 31, 2020. I have not received a confirmation email giving me an order number so I can't contact anyone about my order. Please contact me regarding this order. The website says my email address is not on file and not the email I ordered with so I can't pull my order or do anything. I just want to speak with someone about my order.

I placed an order on 5/10/20. I got a confirmation email on 5/11/20 stating " your order has been received and is printing". It is now 6/13/20 and I've heard NOTHING. I understand COVID19 has affected lots of things, HOWEVER; I've received NO communication whatsoever concerning my order. I ordered in what I thought was PLENTY of time for Father's yet now I'm worried. This is NOT ok! Keep your customers INFORMED! Or you won't have customers!

I have heard NOTHING from anyone-Fathers Day is in 6 days and you really screwed me up. I want a full refund because I doubt I will receive my order in time. I DO NOT WANT IT AFTER FATHERS DAY-are we clear?! I expect an email confirmation TODAY on my refund or I will contact my bank and file a claim against the charge,in my eyes you stole my money. One month,you have had ONE MONTH and couldn't get the job done.

Ordering was easy. Arrived in time for Father's Day. Very happy with product. Would order through this company again.
