Purchased a wig and couldn't even wear it. The hair was falling out left and right and it came with a bald spot. I reached out to the company and they refused to do anything. It came with white knots like it had been overprocessed or used. Horrible experience and never again, my first and last experience with this company.

I am contacting you today because I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the way my order has been handled.

I placed my order on June 3rd, and the estimated delivery date was between June 10th and June 17th. We are now well past that period, and I still have not received my package.

What is particularly frustrating is that I was never proactively informed about the delay. I had to contact you myself several times just to get information. If I had not repeatedly reached out, I would not have received any explanation regarding the status of my order.

Last week, after numerous messages, you apologized for the delay and assured me that you would do everything possible to ensure that my package would be delivered before the end of the week. However, that did not happen.

I then had to contact you again because I still was not receiving any updates from your side. Yesterday, I was told that my package would be delivered today. Now, today, I have received yet another notification informing me that the delivery has once again been postponed until tomorrow.

Honestly, I find this situation unacceptable. From the very beginning, I have had to constantly chase information about my order. Every time I contact you, I am given a new delivery date, and each time that date is not respected. I feel as though I am being passed from one promise to another without receiving any clear explanation or reliable information.

I placed this order on June 3rd, and I believe I have been more than patient. What bothers me most is not only the delay itself, but also the lack of communication and the fact that I have to keep contacting you repeatedly just to find out what is really happening with my order.

I would therefore like a clear explanation regarding these repeated delays, as well as a final and reliable delivery date. I would also like to understand why the various delivery dates that were communicated to me have never been respected.

I expect a prompt response from your team.
