We’ve been using this dialer for about six months and are very impressed. Speed-to-lead has been a game changer for our operation, and the system is fast and reliable. Support has been excellent— who has been consistently responsive and helpful. Solid platform that delivers real results.

Hot Prospector has been a major game changer for our agency. The automated speed to lead increases the conversion rate by a lot and the dial function to automatically call your leads saves us a lot of time and headaches.

It is still a kinda new software, so you need to expect som bugs here and there when they are developing new features, but the support team is always very kind and fast at helping out.

The onboarding process and setup is of course quite difficult since it is a whole new system, but you are in very good and helpful hands, and they offer as many meetings and as much support as you need.

Amazing Software! Our Pickups Rate increased massively compared to just the standart Go High Level Calling Numbers. Also our Agents were able to increase their calling output by around 40% because with Hot Prospetor they can pretty much just dial back to back and be in the same dialer for 8 hours a day without needing to switch back and forth between Tabs.

Like others mentioned the Support is A+ , you can get most requests answered by the owner himself within 30 mins or faster. So if you run a Call Center, speicifically in combination with Go High Level, Hot Prospector is a no-brainer
