I reached out to Hotel Xperts very last minute for a trip to Türkiye, and I’m so glad I did. Brother Walid took the time to understand our needs and personally recommended a hotel he had stayed at himself. Despite it being out of hours, he handled the entire booking swiftly and professionally.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, both in terms of comfort and location. To top it off, they managed to price match (and even beat) other quotes I’d seen! Also there was no pressure to pay the invoice immediately - this really showed their integrity and customer-first approach.

I originally found Hotel Xperts through a Hajj/Umrah WhatsApp group and was impressed by the free advice, hotel discounts and consistently positive feedback from others.

Booked my honeymoon through this company and it was the most unreal experience of my life. We were able to stay in the most beautiful and exclusive hotels and resorts.
We got an exclusive water resort in Maldives for a fraction of the price.
In Dubai we stayed at Jumeirah al qasr and at the address sky view for a great price

So I was getting married and needed advice on where to go, Hotel Xperts gave me advice on where to consider and advised which hotels based on my preference and interests and they were spot on!
They managed to get me a lovely upgrade in the same price in the best hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay at in my life. Throughout, they were in touch and easy to contact. Honestly, the honeymoon was exponentially better than what I had planned and I ended up spending the same amount and visiting Dubai and the Maldives at world class hotels in the prices of going to one country in the Middle East.

I decided to go for Umrah at the last minute, and I was impressed by how quickly everything was arranged. The hotel accommodations and dinner were excellent. Instead of searching for food outside, the hotel's dinner was exceptionally well-prepared. The overall service provided by the organizers was outstanding. They were always available whenever I needed assistance, whether it was transportation from Makkah to Medina or to the airport. Everything was arranged smoothly without any issues.
