Sometimes it hard to get through to the receptionist to book an appointment so using Hot Doc you can book an appointment when you want to. The booking is easy.
It's easy to navigate, get updates, booking process is quick plus you won't get lost and easy to communicate. I like the idea that you can go through the process of finding your doctor, dentist, etc... Mehr ansehen

I use it all the time
I use it all the time and have never had an issue with it or my bookings. I am even able to book appointments for a lady I care for at her preferred doctor. Wonderful app.

Booking process
I really can’t fault this app and have not experienced any problems with it.
By way of suggestion, however, it would be helpful if it would give you ‘next available’ for another doctor in same practice in the event your usual doctor was unavailable. I needed a fairly urgent ( but not life threatening) appointment and found it ‘messy’ to try and find another available doctor at the practice. Alternately, it would help if it were easier to just select the practice itself.

I rang the medical centre to try and make an urgent appointment but was put on hold. In the time it took for them to still not come back to my call I had made the appointment thru Hot Doc and received the confirmation so I hung up to relieve their obvious pressure. Thanks Hot Doc!!
