Quirky & Cosy Apartment in Brixham was great. Managed to get early check in and apartment had all what we needed and it a good location

Great accommodation and excellent communication.

The flat was dirty and smelly almost like the bedding had just been changed and that’s all. Light bulbs out across all rooms, heaters coming away from walls, mould in bathroom, broken windows, hob full of burnt food, food left in kitchen cupboards, shower plug hole blocked, remains of smoking within flat and on window sills, blinds not reach bottom of windows. Communal area was full of bins, pidgin poo, people smoking, very smelly and dirty.

Other then location nothing good about the property.

A clean and nice apartment in a nice location.

This is a little house that has everything neatly arranged and of good utility. It is a warm home away from home.

Misleading to describe as contemporay as it anything but. Bathroom has drains issue and not clean.

Apartment is ideally situated for the City Centre with everything on your doorstep or nearby walk away. The apartment was in a historical building. It wasn't the cleanest and had to go out and buy some cleaning items. It had a very musty smell. The only windows were in the lounge area, none in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, therefore I felt quite claustraphobic and felt I couldn't breathe properly! Fine for a day or two stay but afraid I couldn't stay beyond that even though the location was perfect.

A well positioned apartment with great access to all Clifton has to offer…but being basement the noise from above was too loud for us. Bed awkward for a couple as against a wall with shelf above and chest of drawers at end. Clean but tired - damp an issue, flaky woodwork at base of bath. Smell of damp for first 24 hours.
Outside light not working and although we informed you of this it was not fixed.

Very quick response to queries and the Airbnb house was immaculate

ottimo appartamento, pulito e ben fornito, c'è perfino la moka per il caffè. manca il microonde, se non si volesse proprio cucinare. Solo un po' difficoltoso l'accesso iniziale in quanto manca il n civico e google indirizza lì vicino in un luogo che non c'entra nulla. Sarebbe sufficiente sulle istruzioni una foto per individuare bene la porta d'ingresso

Easy to find, easy to access with the keypad, tidy and clean place with towels, shower gel and a lovely bath. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc. Even had oil and salt and Peper, tea and coffee too.
The bed was soooo comfy, I slept like a baby. The garden was cute too, small but pretty and special to have that in a city. They were quick with replying when I asked for an early check in and have been very kind. WiFi worked well. Heating worked very well. Was snug as a bug.
Overall a great stay. Would stay again.

Issues with the apartment we had booked (relating to cleanliness and general state of repair), but Air360 were a pleasure to deal with - prompt, polite and efficient. Arranged a refund of cleaning fee and also a partial refund of accommodation cost.

Lovely flat in a fab location, lots of space for a one bed flat,everything you need to cook if you want to, only drawback was the toilet as you couldn’t sit on it properly and would have been nice to have a tv, minor issues and wouldn’t stop us staying there again

We stayed in the Funky apartment in Bristol for six nights to get together with family. We needed two bedrooms so that my son and his girl friend could join us. Initially billed as having two king sized beds I could see from the photo that one seemed rather small. After querying this, the owner confirmed one bed was in fact a double. I think the advert had been changed. Both beds are comfortable and the bed linen is nice.
The apartment is huge and light, with a nice double ended bath and walk in shower. It has plenty of towels, glasses, plates and bowls. There are, however, only three mugs, one wine glass and one champagne flute. Luckily my daughter brought in extras.
The area is certainly vibrant which also means it never sleeps. People enjoy talking loudly all night. Bring ear plugs.
Parking is straightforward.
Some of the equipment is becoming tired:The toaster only toasts one side of the bread and doesn’t pop up. The kettle is starting to leak. The sofa cushions are starting to give way. The dining chairs are also getting a bit saggy.
But we enjoyed our stay, and it is a central place from which to get into town.

A very spacious, beautifully decorated flat in a perfectly located area. (5 minutes walk from the heart of Clifton Village!). The flat is bright, comfortable and cosi. I highly recommend this place for a short stay.

Just a couple of things. The Check-in is only at 4pm which we found extremely late and forced us to carry our backpack all day in town. And the check out is at 10am which we found a little too early. Between the check in and checkout times, there is actually a whole day you won't be able to enjoy or use the flat.

Also the toilets are extremely small and narrow (You can't sit really straight as the sink is basically where your knees would be ;-) )

Other than that, nothing negative. The flat is really clean and well looked after. The furniture has a nice scandi vibe and the kitchen and bedroom windows give on a lovely communal garden at the back!

Great place to stay!

The apartment is small and adequate for 2 average sized adults. I think the furnishings could have been a bit more generous, like the small mirror in the bathroom and the small settee in the living area.
Also to be considered are the amount of stairs to access the apartment.

Great little flat clean and spacious. Easy to walk to attractions.
