Stayed at the Foster's Almshouse property in July for 2 weeks and it was really lovely. The instructions were very easy to follow for checking in and out, the flat was very clean and secure, there was fast communication with the host company, and they were great at taking my feedback for future guests.

The property itself was picture perfect. The tenants who actually live in other units in the building were all extremely friendly and even invited me to join them in the garden. Lots of useful dishes, hot water was available, water pressure was great, the occasionally noisy night because of the location but it was 100% tolerable and bars close early. The bed was very low to the ground but I slept very comfortably every night and woke up refreshed every morning. The dryer in the washer/dryer combo didn't seem to work but there was a drying rack so I was able to air dry. Tea, sugar, salt, and pepper were available to use, and there was fresh flowers upon check-in which was a very nice touch. Thank you!

The entrance to the flat is an alley which is extremely horrible and full of dirty liquid on floor; we have to tolerate the smell of the rubbish ,where there are several bins there near another entrance ,and we have to input the code successfully before we are allowed into flat. The light is dim which hard to see clearly for a poor eyesight like me !!!
The bedroom is small and uncomfortable ;
Cups and pans are oily ; shower water is slow; nonetheless, though the location is near city centre, the amenities and atmosphere should be the first priority for everyone .

Loved the location! Wonderfully close to Clifton Village and Clifton Downs. Also handy to bus stop to Temple Meads.
Enjoyed popping next door to The Mall for a delicious Sunday roast.
The apartment was quiet and private.

Unfortunately a few things were a little challenging...
- The musty smell of the apartment was not easy for me to get used to. I left the door open whenever I could be it would benefit from more aeration.
- I found the bed uncomfortable with the springs poking into my back. Luckily my son, who I was visiting in Clifton, gave me a foam mattress topper to use after the first night. The following four nights' sleep were much improved.
- The flickering light in the bathroom.
- The entrance way and steps could be really inviting if the steps were swept and the rubbish area hosed down.

In general the house and facility are good, but the only things I hope you can improve is the cleanness and check the main furniture such as beds, mattress are good enough.

Having travelled across the world, thinking that I was to enjoy exceptional accommodation, the experience was more than disappointing.
The flat was substandard and very poorly maintained, with a broken bed, non functioning door lock and the outlook onto scaffolding, to name but a few of the problems.
Sadly,I cannot recommend this accommodation at any level. However, I was reimbursed for most of my booking and was able to relocate to a delightful hotel for a lesser price.

The place was spacious, comfortable and clean. Check-in was easy which was great. The location is a bit dodgy but totally worth it (only 6 mins walk to the city centre)

The house was beautifully prepared for me and my family. We had a really wonderful time and had easy access to an Asda and public transport. The house is gorgeous.

We booked a property via Booking.com and I was a little unsure when Air360 reached out as I was used to dealing directly with hosts rather than a third party. However, Air360 ended up being great. All the communication was really clear, and they were easy to get in touch with before and during the stay.

We had a small issue as our stay coincided with the first UK heat wave of the year which caused a door lock to be misaligned. They had someone out within 20 minutes and they sorted it quickly so it caused no impact to the weekend.

Very charming accommodation close to the center of Bristol. Communication was always flawless and very friendly. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The car could be parked for free on the street. Incidentally, the location is well suited to go jogging along the Avon River in the morning.

A beautiful conversion with tasteful decor and furnishings and a great attention to detail. Spotlessly clean throughout.
The property was in a great location making it easy for us to access all the attractions that we had planned to visit.
Plenty of space for all the family and the little courtyard was a real plus

Communication was good and prompt.
Excellent location. Spacious living/dining area.
2nd bedroom had no usable wardrobe. It was used for storage.
