Been messaging with them for months, which took a lot of time. Then after finally getting approved and signing the agreement I had to follow up multiple times for them to finally set us up with the processor. I had to email like 3 times. Only tp be told "Oh sorry, they weren't able to approve you" or smth like that. What a lack of professionalism and respect . Take your business elsewhere.
Terrible service
Terrible service. Keep holding ur money for 6 months for no reason and also not let you cancel and refund money for ur clients . More importantly u can’t login to see all transactions from ur account

Customer service was excellent! I worked particularly with Caleb P., whom truly listened, educated and provided the right level of detail to get me through the issue at hand. His follow up and attention to detail made all the difference towards resolution. Being in good hands is something that is hard to come by now a days. HMS has truly given me the customer service experience of a higher level of service. Great job!
10 years as a client
I've used HMS for my credit card and e-check processing for more than 10 years. I've so rarely needed to contact them about my account, because everything always just works. I sincerely appreciate not getting bombarded with meaningless email marketing and correspondence pushing for upgrades. They've made my life easy by being consistently "up". This is one of my few vendors I can rely on to automatically work for my business 24/7.
Today was one of the very few times I've ever needed to communicate with the company, and associate Caleb was able to get me what I needed in a phone call lasting less than 10 minutes - what a time saver!
First it is very hard to understand…Communication and understanding issues
First it is very hard to understand your techs. I have never once spoken to someone who is easy to understand. Not once have I had an American to talk to. This last time my issue was nt resolved. I was given a case number . I waited to be reached and havenot had the opportunity to get back. When you are very busy this is a real problem when you get someone who has no idea what you are talking about and they you need to wait to get it resolved.
Simple to use, easy to process
I find the site very easy to access, easy to see information that has been processed, I like the monthly billing in the mail helps to make sure I don't forget the credit to the account. All very simple! I also like no PCI nightmares.
