Asked to view a property that Hortons were letting. We were very keen on the property and asked for the earliest viewing time possible.

We were given 11.30am the next day but the estate agent said ‘actually can you do 3.30pm as I won’t make it in time to the property’ in which we agreed.

To then receive a phone call at 11.45am on the day of the viewing (after arranging to take time out of work) to say the property was no longer available.

This has left us feeling very frustrated. The letting department clearly can not keep to ‘time keeping’

Fantastic service provided by Angela at Horton's. Very professional and knowledgeable and very accessible to speak to or email. Right from the start she got the marketing of our house right, she understood it meant a lot to us. She kept us informed of all feedback and developments. And she was always on hand to give advice when we asked for it.

As first time buyers, we recieved incredible support from James. Having been on many, many viewings with other agents before finding our house, we can say with certainty that James was the best we encountered. He was helpful and informative during the viewing and was the only agent to actually give us any degree of privacy to discuss the property during our visit. James handled our viewing fantastically and gave us the space to envision our new home when we had been close to giving up.

James was also incredibly supportive throughout the process. He had excellent, regular communication with us.

What's more, James was also very accommodating when we wanted to collect the keys, meeting us at the property and giving us another chance to ask any questions. He even gifted us a bottle of fizz to celebrate! 🍾

Do not use anybody else! The service from Zoe has been absolutely fantastic we cannot recommend her enough, she went above and beyond what any of the solicitors had done . Communication was great and she is very professional and very reassuring. We had a nightmare exchange and completion but Zoe pushed every step of the way to ensure it went ahead. When it came to finding an estate agent to sell our house I had no doubt who it would be… you need someone who is extremely knowledgeable of your local area, approachable and who knows the market inside and out…. Gianfranco /Hortons is your guy! He sold our house within 2 weeks of it being on the market with offers over. Some say this is the hard part but oh no Gianfranco then had the constant questioning from a pregnant woman about the sale of the property. He dealt with all queries promptly and efficiently - I couldn’t fault him. An extremely positive experience, don’t bother looking anywhere else for an estate agent you’d be wasting your time and money! Cheers Hortons!
