The consultation sessions I have had, so far, have been incredibly informative. I am excited about whats to come.

Everyone at Hormone Wellness has been really attentive and friendly in all of my queries with quick responses. My consultations have been with Crystal and she has put me at ease over my concerns with my skin and hormone issues by explaining where the problems are stemmed from and given me expert advice on how to make changes and improve. Looking into my hormones and gut health was definitely the right decision, rather than going through the doctors for medication that previously have not solved the problems.

I am disappointed with my overall experience with Hormone Wellness and feel the service did not meet the standard I expected, particularly given the significant financial investment involved.

My test processing time was much longer than anticipated. While I understand that delays can occur, I was not kept informed or updated throughout the process. I was also not notified when my second DUTCH test had been completed and only became aware of this after contacting the clinic myself.

I was not given the option to choose my practitioner, which I believe should be offered when paying for a personalised health service. On the day of my consultation, the appointment was delayed due to incorrect information being provided to me, as two profiles had apparently been created in my name. Additionally, the practitioner ( PIXIE) did not have access to my pre-completed questionnaire, meaning time was spent repeating information about my diet, lifestyle, and health background that had already been provided.

I only received my test results after back and forth emails.

As someone who follows a plant-based diet, I was concerned that the meal plan provided relied heavily on animal products, despite my dietary requirements being clearly stated multiple times.

From start to finish, I feel the process lacked organisation, communication, and professionalism. As someone dealing with hormonal challenges and secondary fertility concerns, I had hoped to gain meaningful insight and support. Unfortunately, I feel I received limited clarity or guidance, and at times the level of knowledge provided did not meet my expectations, particularly as I am currently studying integrated health myself.

Following my complaint, Claire offered a very small partial refund, which I do not consider acceptable given the issues outlined above. In my experience, the company appears more focused on financial gain than on patient care. I did not feel that my health concerns or wellbeing were treated with the level of professionalism, support, or accountability I expected from a service of this cost.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. Due to the level of service I received, I have taken the matter to the Small Claims Court. If you experience similarly poor service, I encourage you to consider taking formal action. Companies must be held accountable when they take payment but fail to provide an acceptable standard of service.

You can never underestimate how difficult the menopause journey can be. The impact is not just physical, but mental and emotional too. It is an incredibly vulnerable time, and reaching out for help requires courage and trust.

In June last year, I began working with Hormone Wellness Company, hoping to finally resolve longstanding menopause-related health issues. I invested in a five-session package costing £995 and, over time, spent more than £2,000 in total. This included additional GI and OAT testing (over £600), multiple blood tests, several months of supplement protocols, and a recommended Matula Tea costing £160 that had to be imported (which I ultimately declined to purchase).

Despite strictly following all supplement guidance and protocols provided, I often felt worse rather than better. I was reassured that this was normal. However, I frequently felt overwhelmed by the volume and complexity of information given after sessions, and I did not feel the guidance was sufficiently clear, structured, or easy to follow.

On several occasions, I had to chase responses between sessions in order to receive clarification or support. These delays left me feeling anxious, isolated, and without the guidance I needed to make informed decisions about my health. Some advice I received conflicted with guidance from my GP, menopause consultants, and gynaecologist, which caused significant concern. For safety and reassurance, I sought independent HRT advice at additional personal cost.

Nearly a year later, I have experienced no improvement in my health and have been left under significant financial strain. When I approached the company to request some form of refund, as I felt the services had not been adequately delivered, I was referred back to the terms I had signed, without acknowledgment of my concerns or the emotional and financial impact this experience had on me.

I also requested the opportunity to speak directly with the Director, Claire Snowden-Darling, to discuss my concerns. This request was declined. I found this response deeply unsupportive and felt there was a lack of care, accountability, and willingness to engage in open discussion.

I have since attempted multiple times to reach an amicable resolution, but have been met with the position that no wrongdoing occurred and no accountability has been accepted.

I am sharing my experience because I know how important it is to find the right support during menopause. It is a time when women are often at their most vulnerable. I strongly believe that transparency, clarity, and compassionate care are essential when dealing with women’s health, and unfortunately, this was not my experience.

I am writing to formally respond to your reply to my testimonial, as it contains statements that misrepresent my actions and intentions.

Your response suggests I was encouraged to bring feedback to appointments; however, my concern was the lack of response to feedback already provided. As stated previously, I raised concerns on multiple occasions and often had to chase replies, sometimes more than once. The issue was not whether feedback could be given, but the repeated lack of timely and adequate communication. I also noted similar concerns expressed by other clients. Clear, responsive communication is a fundamental part of professional service.

I also categorically reject the implication that I requested money while threatening to post a review. This allegation is entirely unfounded. I did not issue any threat or attempt to leverage a review for financial gain.

My request was for a partial refund to reflect service elements not delivered to a satisfactory standard and the fact that I did not complete my final session due to loss of confidence in the support provided. I acknowledged that certain elements were non-refundable. This request was made in good faith and was, I believe, fair and reasonable.

I have been delighted with the support I have received from both Laura and Crystal who put together a bespoke package for myself and some of my team at work as we are planning a menopause support group within out locality. The information is clear and easy to digest on the online workshops and our live session provided information and confidence building setting us up to deliver this new programme. All the staff now feel armed to provide information on a variety of topics relating to the menopause as well as feeling far more knowledgeable ourselves. Thank you both, I am sure we will be back for more training.

It's no exaggeration to say that working with this clinic has been life-changing. I arrived in a mess, struggling with gut problems and histamine intolerance. Almost everything I ate caused allergic reactions on my face that were so bad I couldn't go out, I was at my wits end. Working with Crystal has been amazing, she's supported me for just over a year with hormone and gut testing, recommending supplements to ease my symptoms, and helping me transition to an eating plan that's settled my hormones and enabled me to reintroduce foods safely. I've learned so much and feel like I now know what my body needs to thrive. I'm feeling 100% better and just so grateful I found Hormone Wellness. What these ladies do is truly amazing, don't hesitate to speak to them if you need help!

I want to write this here for other people to net mistake I did.
I have decided to work with this company after many years of struggle with my gut health.
Unfortunately,I blame myself for not research better and for signing a package contract with them.
After couple of months following very strictly their recommended diet and supplements I was only getting worse. I took a while to get my tests done and when I finally got them, they asked for additional payments for those tests to be analysed..That was never mentioned before and I refused to pay for that. So I couldn’t and didn’t want to continue because I didn’t trust them at that point that they going to help me, only to waste more money.
From their Facebook support group , I’m not the only one having that issue.
I used only 2 of my 5 paid consultations and with all considered (also lack of communication on period of times).
I have asked for a refund on the part of the package I haven’t use which has being refused from the company.
I don’t feel they even apologise for damaging me even further with their methods.
I would recommend anyone who look in to working with this company to really be carful, specially about buying a package as even if you are not happy with the service or not get result from it, you will not be able to get your money back. And it’s a big investment.
I specifically asked to help with my gut first, then hormones but they led with hormones testing and the protocol was making even more sick. Even when you don’t feel well and don’t know what’s going on, you won’t be able to access directly to your practitioner and all just seems ridiculous to me.

There was helpful information shared, particularly around hormones, nutrition, and somatic practices. However, there wasn’t consistency in follow-up or clarity in the overall path forward, which made it difficult for me to feel supported over time. My experience with individual practitioners varied, though I appreciated the foundational information provided. After my symptoms worsened, I was later treated for H. pylori and IMO, which helped clarify the underlying hormonal pattern I had been seeking to understand.

Excellent experience, the team are really helpful and understanding and clearly know what they're talking about. Even just the intro chat really helped put things into better sense for me. I would definitely recommend.

Not sure if this company is legit or just fly by night. No contact numbers on their web page. Slow replies to queries. Flimsy results from the hair test. Check their creds first before your invest your money in their program!

This meeting was such a blessing. It was easy enough to book in a reasonable time period and at a reasonable price. The practitioner was fully present in her sympathetic, active listening and her incredibly wise advice. Her perspective ended up being pivotal in my medical decision-making and I am eternally grateful. Highly recommend.

I started using the company when my acne became worse. I’ve felt nothing but supported in my journey, my skin is significantly better and I feel I have a better understanding of my body. The tests are comprehensive and useful as I continue to support my health which is broader than my skin now.

I had a consult with Claire today and I left feeling seen and heard. I’ve had Crohns Disease for 23 years, done a lot of work on myself to get to where I am now which is quite healthy and living a normal life style. I just felt a bit off recently and slow weight gain in my main issue along with a changing cycle. I handled quite the impact CD can have on how my hormones are operating and changing- it was very eye opening. Slight changes to diet and exercise where mentioned on the call so nothing was held back.

I paid for the test then had an email asking for more money to give any form of analysis which was not made clear at the point of sale. I asked for a refund and despite numerous requests I have neither had a reply or a refund.

Although I have not yet had a consultation, I have found the website very informative and have had prompt responses to questions which have been helpful. I look now forward to meeting the practitioners.

I was very keen to try out their full package but it was a disappointment. Crystal (my contact person) is very knowledgeable person, and the test’s are good. However, the company customer service is very poor. There is no phone number to contact them, if I email them, I need to wait for 3-4 days to receive an answer or the summary of our consultation. They didn’t give me a personalised diet plan, I had to download one from their website, which is for everyone. I would expect more for this amount of money.
