Honestly, I didn’t know much about the immigration process before starting my daughter’s IR2 visa case in Jamaica. A friend recommended Horizon Pathways, and working with them turned out to be a good decision for me. They explained things in simple English, helped me understand what documents were needed, and followed up with us throughout the process. Anytime I got confused or worried, someone from their team was there to help. My daughter’s visa was approved recently, and having her finally here with me means everything. I’m grateful for the support and patience they showed us during the journey.

Not all services are provided as they claim in their promotions. In my experience with Horizon Pathways, during the Green Card application for my wife, originally from Mexico, I had issues with the service of translating her civil documents. I purchased the "Advance Plan" which says "free translation", but we were charged an extra fee for that and the turn around time for that took forever, that sucks.

Besides that, their service is good and affordable. My wife receives her Green Card without stress. My case manager, Kevin, was so supportive.
Thanks to the team, and please improve your translation service or take it off your belt.

Great Support Through My Adjustment of Status Journey
I adjusted my status from a J-1 visa to a Green Card and used Horizon Pathways for help with my application. They helped me stay organized, prepare the right documents, and kept checking in throughout the process.
