Helpful, professional and seamless return policy. We had originally purchased a bike and decided to swap it for a larger one, Horacio made the return process so easy and organised a courier to collect and return the original bike. When I ordered the bike for my son it was delivered within 3 days. I was very impressed!

The purchasing and delivery process was trouble free with excellent communication from Horacio Bikes. Around six months after purchasing I had a problem with the rear brakes not working. I contacted Horatio Bikes and they immediately worked out a plan to replace the brakes.
After sales service is perhaps the best I have experienced.
