Thank you very much for your feedback and detailed review.
Regarding the front brake cable routing, this is usually caused during packaging and transport preparation. To fit safely inside the carton, the front fork and handlebar need to be rotated during assembly, and sometimes this can leave the brake cable positioned incorrectly underneath the frame. In most cases, it can be corrected easily by rotating the fork and handlebar back into the proper position.
The kickstand installation position is also very important, as an incorrect angle may potentially interfere with the rear disc rotor when folded.

Great before and after sales service…
Great before and after sales service from Sharon at Horaciobikes. Bike arrived on time, well packed and undamaged. Easy to assemble using the included instructions and tools. Seems well made and good value for money, including some reasonably premium parts for the price. Only had it for a couple of weeks but very happy so far.

After looking at numerous low priced E bikes I decided to purchase one from this company it had more features than all the others I had one problem ( hence the one less star) the head light failed but was replaced in one hour the staff at Hillcrest were helpful & friendly.
