One plant was dead on arrival, raised this, was not believed. I won't be ordering from you again.

Unfortunately there was a delay in sending the trees which meant two out of the six I received have died. One of them was a cherry tree which I was very keen on. I also purchased some roses and again, 5 out of the 12 plants I received have not flowered and look dead. All the plants arrived with no suggestions on how to plant/where (eg sunny position). For the roses I didn’t even know their color which would have determined where I positioned them in my garden. Thought that was poor. I then sent several messages on messenger to mentions the dead tree and received no response or acknowledgment. I was quite surprised as my previous experience was always very positive. Shame

I have recommended Hope Plants to so many people that I am sorry to have to give a negative response this time. The leaves of the aquilegia plants bought from you the other month were already beginning to show signs of discolouration and despite my best attempts to cut out the blight it has been quite impossible to save them. As I say, this is the first time I have been disappointed with your Rescue plants - but it has made me a little hesitant about buying such plants again.

Plants arrived in excellent condition, much bigger than we thought they woukd be, in good pots, ready to plant put.
They were truly great value - 4 for &16 - we have found exactly the same plant amd size on sale for £20 EACH. I habe recommended Hope Plants to others they are an excellent source of good value and condition plants.
