I wanted to add to my order and also rearrange the delivery.
I contacted customer care and they were really helpful. They understood what I wanted to achieve straight away and sorted it all for me.
My order arrived as requested.
I find Hope a great company to deal with. Very straightforward.

Professional !! Always carefully packed and, very prompt on delivery.

Delivered quickly and in recyclable packaging

Amazing as always. Top Brand, Top people.

Where there is HOPE there’s a way. 🙌🏾

Order arrived in time. I love the video showing how to alter the trousers should they be too long (which they were). I was able to follow the clear instructions despite having no dressmaking skills whatsoever! Keep it up!

A lovely, lovely dress, but the smallest size (slim) was just absolutely enormous on me (an average size 12), so sadly I have returned it.

As usual, my Hope order arrived promptly, nicely packaged and with a kind note. I am delighted with the super-slim version from the outlet at such a good price. These trousers are a smart alternative to jeans : the fabric is of the genius one comes to expect from Hope, also they have pockets, hooray!

I have just taken delivery of the blue and nude Foundation body. I now have 4 in every colour and wear them every day as they are cool in the summer and warm in the winter. They give you such a fantastic shape and hold everything in! Thank you Hope x

Great quality and great service as always.

Absolutely love the blue and the silver cropped lurex knits. Such a fine knit and the shape is so flattering. Will go with so many things in my wardrobe!

Fast delivery, great quality.
This is the second time I’ve bought this shirt. I also have it in white. It’s lovely to wear and care for. A great wardrobe staple.

Beautiful sweater, lovely quality and really quick delivery.

Fast efficient service with quality gods as always

Swift delivery, beautifully packaged, environmentally friendly. Of, and the garment met all expectations.

I’ve bought Hopes foundation range before it’s brilliant and I wear something from it most days.
Their administration is excellent items are delivered promptly and if refunds are necessary they are done efficiently without delay.

Once again well designed dress, kept informed of delivery schedule and delivered quickly.

prompt delivery of a beautifully packed product. Delighted with the foundation garments

I recently purchased a rather fantastic dress (monochrome empire line). The ordering process is so easy and the regular updates are too. The dress arrived, beautifully packaged and is just lovely. Perfect proportions and I just love it. It’s going to see a lot of action this Summer!
