Have ordered loads from this company and always so happy but the last order I received my necklace in cheap looking plastic packaging and not their usual box. The necklace wasn’t cheap but it made it look like it came from the market

I bought a necklace that broke the first time I wore it.

When I contact a customer service, they were initially very responsive and offered to replace it.

But now they have not replied to my last two emails.

Do not recommend.

Brand looks great online. I brought some earrings in the sale and they arrived no packaging just in plastic wallet which made them look really cheap. Turned out this had been an error and they then supplied the correct and stylish packaging the day after! Bit of a faff but they tried hard to rectify. Thanks and my friend liked her earrings ☺️

Ace range of jewellery. Great price in the sale too - really like their branding, styles, comms. Refreshing to deal with actual real people and not a bot!!

Love the products, amazing customer service. However, while I've given 5* for those, the hoop closures are terrible and of the four I have, only one stays safely shut.

I love the design and brand, but the customer service doesn't work. I bought a few pieces and wanted to return some of them so I contacted them. They gave me a wrong address at first and said I should send it with a tracking number. I checked the address online and asked them if it is the right one, and the confirmed, that the Adress online was the right one. So I payed the shipping on my self and did so. About two months later nothing happened so I wrote again and they wanted reminder about the order, so I sent them again my Order number and tracking number. Month after that still nothing... So I wrote again and now am waiting

I love my necklace, I wear it every day. Great price, speedy delivery. I shall buy more!
