It was really straightforward to set up my new Hooplr account and apply for a bike hanger space in the hanger just 50m from my flat.
I had a couple of questions before signing up, and the customer service team were incredibly friendly, polite, and happy to help. I'd definitely recommend Hooplr!

Quick and efficient response to a problem with my allocated space & all sorted very quickly. Very glad to have a space near to where I live, the hangars are popular and a great solution to people living in flats.

Absolutely love Hooplr! It's so convenient as a product. The staff are so kind and supportive. I'd strongly suggest locking your bike up in one of their hangers!

I am really happy with the service I have received from Hooplr. The whole process was quick and easy, and having a secure and local place to store my bike is a massive bonus.

The storage is convenient, is really secure and saves me having to worry about leaving the bike outside or trying to squeeze it into the house. It is a great service and good value for money.

I have had a space with Cyclehoop, now Hooplr, for some time. I recently moved. They were very helpful in accommodating the transfer of my space between locations. Thank you.

Recently taken over the CycleHoop bike lockers in Manchester. The lockers are fine, the one I had wasn't really close enough to make it really useful.
Due to a bank change, 1 payment was missed. Within 2 days they'd locked me out and terminated the contract. I hate to think what I would have had to do to get my bike out. Luckily it wasn't in there.
Their emails are probably the most aggressive I've ever come across. They just really stink of an unpleasant company.
I had to go on a waiting list to get the locker, so I believe they are over subscribed. I'm sure they have someone keen to have my spot. Maybe that's their model, turn over their customers as often as they can. Their attitude has not left a pleasant flavour in my mouth.
