I reached out and contacted them on Instagram and received very prompt responses from Michele. He was able to help me order a jersey that was not in stock and combine ship it together with another I was interested in from them. Michele shipped with UPS Express Saver and the item took 3 business days to arrive. As a Canadian buyer, the only issue was the duties/fees incurred. I had to pay a bit extra for that... Unfortunately, this is something that is hit or miss and is not at all the seller's fault. Overall, their customer service is amazing and Michele even checks in to ensure I was satisfied with the products. I hope to order from them again if there are additional Dirk Nowitzki jerseys available! Thanks again!

Just got my Magic Johnson Lakers jersey and must say I’m excited to add this one to my collection. But foremost happy that’s the real original Mitchell and Ness one!
