your youtube clip helped figure out how to get radio SN and input the code. The "how to input" the code was a little awkward, because it did not explain how to clear the codes that had already been tried or input, prior to inputting the actual verified code.
This created frustration, confusion, and doubt that the code you provided and I just paid for was going to work. I finally just unhooked the car battery to reset the radio, then input the code provided and it worked. What a relief, it actually worked. I did not get ripped off. But you could have provided the details in advance and help the customer avoid the added stress and frustration.

Worked perfectly for my Honda Jazz

I was a bit skeptical at first, but the code worked immediately for my Honda Jazz.
The website provided two possible codes — I entered the correct-length one and the radio unlocked instantly.

Fast service and saved me a trip to the dealer.
Make sure you know whether your radio needs a 4- or 5-digit code.

Would recommend if you have the radio serial number.

Although they were unable to retrieve my code, they made every effort to do so. (On a side note, no-one else has had success either). There was constant communication throughout the process and once it was not deemed possible, a refund was immediately processed.

I don't understand. I bought once - i got the code. I buy now second time, no code, no reply, no support. 24/7 support and couple minutes is a SCAM. They are not replying at all.

The code that Honda themselves gave me didn’t even work. I’ve been pulling my hair out trying to find a code and was so close to just getting the entire facing replaced (at a cost of about £200 I may add), when I seen this site recommended. Was obviously a bit wary that I had to pay but the first code they sent me worked instantly and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I was starting to go insane left alone with my own thoughts whilst driving so thank you!
