Absolute rubbish service and response time
I ordered 2 litres of motorcycle engine oil and I was shipped 1 litre of motorcycle oil and 1 litre of scooter oil. Both recipients look exactly the same but luckily I read the details on both of them. If the scooter oil would have ended up in the motorcicle engine, the clutch would have been badly affected (clutch slip). I tried explaining I can keep the scooter oil but I wanted a refund for the diference in price between the two and they went silent. Yes they did send a return ticket but I am unable to travel, besides why should I spend my fuel and my time for something they messed up? Send your own courier to collect from my door.
I will not be buying again from Honda Direct, which by the way is actually for a company called Laguna Motorcycles.
I will not be buying from them again but I will make sure they give me my money back even if I have to involve paypal.
I will stick to my local garage for supplying parts from now on
