Great service from the Homz team. I am using them for the first time to put a list of works together to make one planning application to be done to my grade 2 listed cottage in a conservation area. They have great expertise, and the planning consultant is fantastic. I am at the beginning of the process, but so far, I feel that I am in great hands.

My initial telephone conversation and 30 min consultation were conducted with sound knowledge and professionalism by Homz. They were able to guide me through the process enabling me to have full confidence in their ability. They were also very swift with their response to any queries.

Im a disabled person including communication difficulty (Dyslexia, Dyspraxia), I was anxious about discussion if the Town Planner consultant will be able to understand my needs; I was stunned with there easy, slow but detailed and repeated conversation about my planning permission, I am very much pleased with there service and optimistic with remaining work with them

Ravi made the initial query and booking process easy and was brilliant in answering all my concerns. Daniel, the planning consultant, gave clear and detailed guidance on the HMO requirements for my area, as well as helpful advice on the loft and rear extension plans.

I’m still at the early stage of my LDC application with Homz, but communication so far has been excellent, and the phased payment option has made everything smooth and stress-free.

I had a Planning Consultation Call with a consultant from Homz, the call was on time as previously agreed and the consultant was very knowledgeable, he was well informed about the local authority's policies and previous applications on our street and advised our potential challenges and feasibility of the project.
