Fraudulent services. Got my cooktop serviced. Did half the work. Despite telling him I don't want anything additional kept pushing for an AMC. When I refused, then artificially started adding charges. It was a mistake to try this website.

I booked home deep cleaning service at Kolkata from HomeTriangle. It was serviced by a company called smartclean. The quality is average and they seemed to be in a hurry. I had to ask them to clean the bathroom and kitchen twice because they just used water without any degreasing or stain removers. After they left, I found patches of dirt and dust in bathroom corner, under kitchen sink. You have to watch and tell them. Even after that they will give reasons why some cleaning can't be done rather than trying out first. In many occasions I had to take the scrubber from them and demonstrate that the dirt can indeed be cleaned. However, I am not saying they do a bad job, but just so so. And definitely not value for money ( I had to pay 6000 for a 3bhk including tips)

First of all, pathetic service by HomeTriangle. They are out to just take your money with NO accountability. Not even a little remorse over the traumatic experience my family had to go through.

If you want to put your life at risk by someone who REFUSES to wear a mask in covid times and then to top it all he would not even step out of the house, then go ahead and take his service, waste your money. Your BAI would do a 100 times better job than him, he will send workers without proper equipment and poor chaps seem to fear this bully.
We requested for deep cleaning, and what we go in return was a goon who does not know how to speak to his customer or do his job.
And top it all would put your life in danger by not wearing egven a mask

I had booked for gas stove repair. And zara's enterprises associated with home triangle had send one guy for repairing. And he simply did some replacements of units and overcharged. With that amount i could have bought a new stove. There is no bills, no proofs for the exact cost of the parts. When i checked in amazon, the part he claimed 850rs was of only 200 rs which means he was cheating only. And after his repairing from one of the burner uneven and high flame in height is coming now which very dangerous. I would say donot go for their service. I had literally bad experience.

Timely response from the team and the grouting issue which was a big trouble got fixed professionally by team.

I had a seriously bad experience with their masonry work. Left my wall damaged with zig zag, curvy patterns instead of a smooth finish. Their mason was in a hurry to complete the work and did a rash job, spoiling the wall. After repeated calls to them to rectify their mistakes, no one turned up again. Work is incomplete, shabby and totally unprofessional.

Very unprofessional and unethical. These guys are fraud , please don't ask them for any type of service . Neither they reply nor do any after sale service. Worst company ever.
