Louis came and gave us all the options with our leaking boiler, he explained everything clearly and made it easy for us to decide to have a new one. He was very prompt and efficient removing cupboards and cleaning the damp off the walls. I can't praise him enough. I am now going to use him to replace my kitchen units.

Homestead are a fantastic company to use if you require a home survey carrying out. From booking the inspection, it being carried out, to receiving our report, the service has been first-class. Junior, the surveyor that carried out our survey has been incredibly helpful and insightful, providing his expertise so quickly and was willing to help outside of regular office hours during the busy Xmas period. To put this into perspective, we booked the inspection on 17/12/2024, were in discussions within about 15 minutes, had the inspection done two days later and had the full, detailed report back on 24/12/2024 (which bear in mind is Xmas eve).

We used the Gold package and Junior has provided a thorough and detailed report that we are now taking back to the vendors to open negotiations, knowing we’ve got his professional advice behind us.
