I wish a bit more care had gone into the chicken curry. It felt too oily, and overall it didn’t give me the experience of eating authentic Indian food from India.

Great food, authentic Indian flavours and taste. Adequate spices and variety.

I did the Sunday cooking class I cooked chick pea curry and chicken bhuna and spicy potatoes.
I cook indian food and doing this course has shown me where I made my mistakes I am now planning to put my new knowledge into my next home made curry.
course was 4 hours and worth while experience for anyone wanting to enhance their Indian curry skills.

I really enjoyed the 4 hours i spent at the Saturday class,l. THE 2 hosts were very welcoming and great teachers. The demonstrations were easy to follow and the dishes we cooked were sooo good. My family enjoyed the items I took home . I also bought a few vegetarian meals for the veggie family member and he said the Sag Panneer was the best he has ever tasted. Now that I have the easy to follow recipes I will be trying them again soon. I would highly recommend the experience.

Excellent four hours spent at the Spice Explore cooking class today. Both hosts were really good and shared a real insight into authentic Indian cooking. I’m a novice and it was an easy class with great instruction. All the recipes are shared so I can make Indian starters and snacks. Highly recommended.

We were gifted an Indian Cookery Class voucher for Xmas and I was a bit apprehensive as I’m not a great cook!
It was a lovely day out with experienced hosts who made us all feel very welcome. I would go again for the Sunday class (which is different recipes) in the future.

My husband and I were gifted a cooking class for Christmas which we used today.
We didn’t know what to expect but my goodness, the experience was more than we could have anticipated.
A warm welcome from amazing hosts who were masters of multi tasking.
We created gorgeous authentic Indian dishes, picked up many tips and were entertained along the way.
Genuinely can’t wait to try the dishes at home and will definitely book into the Saturday snack class very soon.

Food was very nice delivery was quick on time.

A great day out, food was excellent, tutor lovely guy and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Comes frozen which is not ideal and there werent enough flavouring in the dishes

the food is good but the delivery was 2 days late and that was a grt dissapoinmtent

Food reached in good condition though once the delay was from DPD side .No extra salt, oil or sugar .Good to taste and adequate quantity .
I believe halwa was complimentary once !Much appreciated .
