There is no question that Homefans absolutely nailed the main aspects of the two capitals trip to Buenos Aires and Montevideo. There were no issues with our hotels, the transfers, and ferry tickets to and from Uruguay. Overall, we had a brilliant time and all of the hosts were excellent. A special mention has to go to Liber, who was an incredible host in Montevideo, taking us to a lovely lunch and a guided tour of the Estadio Centenario, which he delivered himself. However there were certain aspects of the matchday experiences which weren't met, and I suspect this is down to a lack of communication between the hosts and Homefans themselves. For the Independiente matchday experience (purchased as an additional extra for 260 Euros for the two of us), my dad and I were promised seats in the long side of the ground, but were seated somewhere else with an obstructed view of the scoreboard. We were also told that food was included, which was something we had to purchase ourselves. (costing roughly another £30). The Boca Juniors matchday experience was also soured as we were promised an authentic pre-match experience. What actually materialised was in excess of an hour-long wait at a convenience store, devoid of any pre-match atmosphere, where we waited to be separately taken to the vicinity of the stadium. We then had to make our own way into the ground past two security checks and meet our transportation back, when we thought we'd all be sat together. This left us both feeling extremely disappointed. I would book with Homefans again, but do feel that certain descriptions in some of the matchday experiences need to be reviewed. Hence the four and not five-star rating.

I went to a futbol/soccer match in Rio. The experience as well as my local guide Luiz were great. A truly authentic and fun Brazilian experience. If you are a sports fan and in Brazil I definitely recommend attending a soccer match.

We had originally scheduled a tour of the Prague grounds but unfortunately they weren’t open for tours on the day we’d arranged. Our host Michal said we could reschedule but due to our itinerary this wasn’t possible and he very kindly offered us a tour of Prague which took in the old town and all of its sites over the Charles bridge to the Lennon wall and was pointing out landmarks along the way. We were taken to staropramen brewery tour and had a few beer samples before finishing at the castle. Michal was extremely knowledgeable very good company and very helpful he went well over time with us and nothing was too much trouble. If you’re fortunate enough to go on any trips with this young man you’re in for a treat.

I was part of the Napoli trip experience. My god! such an atmosphere!
Wonderful stadium, Roberto really made the eve very special. His knowledege and passion about Napoli is really amazing! And regarding the trip, it was really good handled by the Homefans team, nothing to say about it. I enjoyed it A LOT with my son, definitely will come back to Italy to see another game.

We were met by Davide outside the ground and he was fantastic at taking us round the perimeter of the San Siro stadium, explaining the history of not only the stadium but also the Italian game of football and the local teams history.
Davide explained everything we needed to know about our time spent in the stadium too.
He took us to one of the food stalls outside the stadium and we shared some lagers which was really nice. This was a perfect start to the evening and put a huge smile on both mine and my husbands face.
Booking was simple and although we chased a few times for the local contact to confirm a few things, it all went as expected. Thanks homefans - my husband is now wanting to plan the next trip and I am not sure of this is a good or bad thing 🤣🤣

We just took part in a trip in Argentina and it was incredible. The organization, the warmth of our hosts and Homefans team members, the amazing cultural and sports experience we enjoyed there.

Quite disappointed with HomeFans as a business. We booked the Ultimate SuperClasico package. When you book they send you a list and itinerary of what the offer, 4 star hotel, welcome meal between fans, tickets to a different match. In reality they moved the goalposts multiple times. We were meant to stay in a Novotel, so we planned everything around that location, we asked for two rooms and they charged us an additional £400 for it. Two days before arrival they tell us we’re staying in a top rentals apartment instead. Now the total cost of our stay, if booked seperately, wouldn’t have been £400 plus the rooms were around £80 a night cheaper! Quite misleading. They assured us it was a better place to stay but no pool, no bar, no info until day 3 that breakfast requires coupons and is in a different building doesn’t quite stack up.

They then offered us the San Lorenzo game but in the morning tell us there’s an issue with tickets and policing (which turns out to be a lie) and offered us tickets to a different match scheduled for later in the day. They also tried to offer us tickets for a 3rd match for €120 each which we managed to get ourselves for €18.40. I get there needs to be a markup but that’s ridiculous.

The day of the Boca game was a bit disorganised also. We sat in a van for over an hour whilst our guide/host went to collect tickets. Why couldn’t that have been done prior or drop us off to get some food/drink while he does it?

Each of the games we went to were absolutely incredible and likely wouldn’t have ever seen Boca vs River at La Bombonera without them which is why I gave them a 3 star but all in all they now seem to value profit over the people who got them to be the size they now are. Next years trip is a 3 star hotel, no transfers (optional extra) along with no breakfast included (optional extra) yet the same cost as this year!

I wouldn’t be rushing back to use them again after the way they’ve ripped us off.

We had booked and payed for 6 tickets for River Plate in november.

Unfortunately the game will not take place when we are are there, this was prromtly informed and good alternatives were offeret. We endes up asking for, a refund and this was recieved within 2 days.

I am a Glasgow Rangers fan and travelled to Buenos Aires to see boca juniors match, unfortunately the game got moved to the day before the previous date meaning I couldn’t make it. Home fans were so very supportive of this offering me a full refund or tickets to other games and refund whatever the difference turned out to be. I ended up attending both a San Lorenzo game and a vellez Sarsfeild match and honestly don’t have one bad thing to say about the experiences, we would meet up with Ramiro ( the guide ) in a location he gave us before the match for a few beers and food which was covered by the company and talk all things football. Ramiro would then make sure of your safety whilst travelling from the pub to match and talk all things football ( which he is very knowledgeable about ). After the match he makes sure use all get into a safe taxi and on route to your hotel which is once again paid for by the company. Ramiro really made my experience wonderful and wanting to go back ASAP. If I could have picked 7 stars out of 5 I would have without a doubt. Great experience, even better guy and great company! Me and Ramiro still even still keep in touch!

A very professional company, it was an amazing experience booking through them, communication with them was extremely easy and without any stress. Highly recommend!

We did the Superclasico experience, From the minute we landed to minute we left Homefans looked after us with the highest organisation
Nothing was too much trouble and they were happy to help with experiences outside of the games
The local guides were excellent and the trip coordinator Valantin made everything run like clockwork

We hebben een enorm mooie trip gehad naar PSG. Homefans verzorgde de kaarten, het verblijf en een local die ons bracht naar een gezellige bar in Parijs! Onderweg naar het stadion vertelde hij leuke feitjes over de stad en de club PSG. Kortom; Homefans zorgde voor het complete plaatje waar wij enorm van hebben genoten. Wij kijken uit naar onze volgende trip!

De meest recente reviews die hier zichtbaar zijn dateren van feb ‘20. Toen nog een organisatie waar een ieder tevreden over was..

Wij ook! (een goede trip naar Leverkusen gehad) incl. Een vervolg boeking en aanbetaling naar Benfica.

Je voelt hem al aankomen..

Inmiddels zijn we al enkele maanden aan het hangen en wurgen om onze €495 pp x 12 personen aan voucher in te lossen.

Afspraken worden niet nagekomen:
- hebben inmiddels 3 verschillende contactpersonen gehad

- je wordt niet op de hoogte gehouden omtrent vorderingen en moet hier zelf achter aan gaan.

-Het overzicht met de aanbetalingen klopt niet en wanneer je ze verwijst naar hun eigen bank om dit uit te zoeken hebben ze ineens een nieuw administratie systeem. Tot je zelf de betaalbevestiging gevonden hebt dan klopt het ineens wel..

- We hebben initieel afspraken gemaakt waar ze nu ineens geen vliegtickets meer regelen (waarom moesten we eigenlijk persoonsgegevens voor de vlucht aanleveren?) en waarom staat dit wel op de orderbevestiging..?

Samenvattend: ik hoop nog dat dit opgelost wordt voor 8 april zodat ik dit nog bij deze review kan vermelden.. wellicht toch nog een positieve twist zal een ieder verbazen..

Maar voor mij in ieder geval nooit geen HomeFans meer!!

I have just received my order of a shirt direct from Argentina and would highly recommend using homefans. I thought it was a bit of a gamble placing an order from the other side of the world but the product is as described, delivery was as described and communication along the way put my mind at rest. I am already looking for my next purchase!

Great website to buy amazing special Argentinian shirts. Great service to! I hope that they will also sell shirts from clubs from other countries in South-America in the future.

I think almost everything was arranged perfectly. Something that could have been better in my opinion:
- Do the stadium tour a little earlier, this way everybody had the time to do the museam tour as well. This was something that didn't happen now due to time limitation and the closure off the museam at 5 pm.
- Arrange seats closer to the atmosphere area of HSV instead of the away square. If you book tickets for the HSV - st. Pauli game you would like to have a good experience of the home crowd, not the away crowd.
- Create a contact group with all participants a few weeks before the weekend come. This way it might be easier to carpool with multiple participants etc. This can save costs for your participants, as well it can create a better atmosphere upfront with more people coming together, and after all it is better for our climate.

For the rest, Everything was arranged perfectly! Hotel was perfect, although the breakfast was a little chaotic. The group and tour operators where perfect! We had a nice dinner and some drinks in the city center on Friday.

Just returned from two HomeFans trips in a row and had one of the best week's of my life! I attended the Belgrade derby and then the Krakow derby straight after, the host's on both trips were amazing and everything was very well organised! I would definitely recommend HomeFans and I can't wait to start planning my next trip with them!

What an experience! I can't recommend it highly enough. Andrija and Ivan you are brilliant. Two great guides who when weren't with you were just a call away Everything meticulously organised with plenty of down time activities. A great set of wise football lads who I hope to meet in the future. Go on do it, you'll be so glad you did.

What an amazing experience we had in Belgrade. The Eternal Derby is a must for everyone who loves football and it was an experience I will never forget. The trip was really well organized by Home Fans and everything went in a perfect way. This wasn't possible without Ivan and Andrija. The local hosts were really helpful with everything we need during the weekend, giving good tips on restaurants, bars, transports and places to go, even helping me on my trip to Sarajevo on the following days. An experience to repeat, next time at Partizan Stadium, the football temple :) cheers from Portugal!
