not a full description given and no costumer service
I’m a beginner in pyrography, so I always make sure to buy the right type of wood to burn on. When I found a box, it seemed perfect for what I needed. I even researched the type of wood and confirmed it was suitable for pyrography. However, when it arrived, the top layer turned out to be plywood, which wasn’t mentioned in the description or visible in the photos. I emailed the company to explain the situation, saying I wouldn’t return it and would try to make it work. Unfortunately, after the first sanding, the glue layer and other layers of the plywood became visible. Since I had already tried it, I couldn’t return it, which was a risk I accepted. The final product could have looked much better without this issue. I emailed the company before starting, but never heard back, and they have no phone line—only email. So, think carefully before buying from them.
