Well-designed soap dispenser that looks good in the bathroom and will hopefully be less messy than other liquid soap dispensers.
My reticence in giving five stars is that it comes without any fixing instructions and, while two screws and plugs are provided, it looks as if there are holes for three. I have used two but am aware that I may need to take it off the wall and drill and fix a third if it proves not to be as stable as it needs to be.
Even though the company appears to be UK-based, the product is obviously shipped from abroad, if you follow the tracking details, so you need to be prepared for quite a wait for it to arrive.

The item was advertised as a two-piece set of green bookends; however, I received only one piece. In addition, the bookend was packaged in a flat envelope intended for documents or similarly flat items, rather than appropriate protective packaging. As a result, it arrived snapped and unusable.
Subsequent efforts requesting a refund were totally ignored. I do not recommend this site.

I bought a print and the quality and colours didnt match those on the website. Despite their refund policy being 30 days upon delivery they rejected the refund, the dont let me return the product and they dont reply to the emails. Beware of this company, it's dogdy

Yes I liked the product apart from the finishing of one forks it had not been buffed properly and there was abrasive marks in the finish.

Like other posters, I have been very disappointed with my purchase. I bought a wall fitting soap dispenser. It was described as being metal. It appeared really stylish in the photograph. I believed I was purchasing from a UK company and it is only the extended wait for delivery which led me to suspect it was being delivered from China.
When it eventually arrived, the outer wrapping was a cheap plastic bag. Inside the wrapping was the cardboard box containing the 2 set of soap dispensers. The cardboard box was bashed and wrinkled. The box was unsealed, the lid open. When I took out the product, I discovered that the only part of it which is metal are the 4 screws supplied to secure it to the wall. Everything else was a cheap gaudy plastic.
Neither the cardboard box nor the item itself have any branding, manufacturer or country of origin details. There are no fitting instructions (which are very much needed to understand how the item is to be fitted to the wall.
Because there is no such information, I am unable to even check online as regards fitting. It would appear necessary to separate the shiny chrome coloured cheap plastic cover of the wall mounting from the equally cheap white plastic fitting plate fitted tightly inside it. There is no indication as how to do this and short of levering them apart ( which would snap the flimsy plastic), it is impossible to connect the fixing plate to the wall. Without the fixing plate being in position, the 2 soap dispensers cannot be put into position.
I have reported this to the supplier but, two days later have yet to receive a response from them. The only speedy response I have had from this company since the beginning has been taking my money instantly on placing my order with them.
I have been duped by their slick advertising, authentic looking price range for a quality product and, the addressing details which led me to believe this to be a UK based company.
You have read about my experience. It is not for me to say whether you should use this company or not. All I can say is for myself - never again.

The item I received was lovely however on opening it had been broken. The team responded immediately and without question very supportive and sent a replacement out to me.

There were frequent updates to my order and when to expect. My order was delivered on time and well packaged. On opening, I was delighted that the cushions covers were even better quality, in terms of design and materials, than I had expected. They look amazing and would love even more if there were other colour options.
I absolutely love the cushion covers, the impact on the aesthetics of the room but even more delighted that I couldn’t fault the ordering and delivery process. Thank you.

I followed the returns policy and was quickly contacted by a customer care representative who advised I could opt to keep the product and receive a 20% refund or return the item at my own expense, however, this would mean shipping to China and incurring tax & import charges along with a lengthy refund timeline.
I’m afraid this process doesn’t reflect the company’s advertised’simple and transparent’ returns policy (to an address in London) Don’t recommend.

Product of good quality - came suitable packed. Clear representation on the website of the product. Delayed delivery but that was not Hom & Ember's fault.

It seems to take a very long time to pass through the various stages of delivery, only to discover half our order didn't get to us. Quality of the article we did get is excellent.
