Ordered product on 8/17 and just received a notice today(8/26) that my item just shipped and should arrive by 9/01. That’s pretty lame. It takes 9 days to put a package in the mail?

The tripod arrived quickly.

I had a little hiccup with initial shipping (needed it asap). I received it in time but two of the blades were damaged in transit. I was able to work with the support team and get replacement blades shipped in time for my event.

The support was awesome and they did an awesome job working with a demanding customer.

Quality of the fan is impressive and definitely shows well.

I wish they offered a hard travel case for the unit to protect from shipping issues (we bought a custom case to transport, but it was pricey).

Overall I am pleased with the unit and will likely be adding to or upgrading in the near future.

These guys did absolutely everything to make sure I was satisfied, very quick answers, proactive. At last, we have a company that delivers true service and of course, a GREAT product! Thanks to Joseph and all the team!!!

Ordering process was simple, arrived fast, and was easy to setup the Holofan.

Quick shipping info provided from the US via UPS with a good delivery time. I received my order in time before an event and was able to set it up and learn the app. I emailed customer service with some general questions and they had a quick response time.

Rhea was very patient and read my long winded emails regarding my implementation issues as well as other questions regarding the fan. There were a few iterations of questions and she answered all of them quickly so I could get the fan up and running with the features I needed. Great support from her and I would ask for her again if I need more support in the future

Customer service is highly responsive. Many companies drop the ball after the sale is made, or for any follow-ups, but Holofan is different. I had a fantastic experience from customer service agent Rhea, who answered all my questions, and addressed my specific requirements and kept me in the loop. This is all before I even bought any of their products. Obviously they care about their products and support before, during, and after the sale, and it shows. Thanks Rhea, and thank you Holofan!

Good experience; the fan came in several shipments and we were unsure if it would arrive before our trade show but Rhea was amazing in keeping me updated on shipping schedules! The instructions are a little difficult to understand just from translation issues but Brandon was quick to assist me with a great tutorial video when we had issues. The app to upload the video or graphics is also not the greatest but once everything is uploaded, it plays on demand and the display is extremely crisp and clear! Once you understand the connections and set up, it gets easier to replace the graphics. MUST PURCHASE: the clear fan cover. It reduces the noise by almost 99% and also protects from anyone being injured by high speed blades. Would 100% NOT operate the fan without the cover.

I am working with customer service to try and resolve any outstanding issues.

The shipping was delayed by nearly a month. I placed the order on May 12, received the tracking number only on June 2, and I still have not received the product.

This delay has significantly impacted our prototype development timeline. Considering that I paid approximately $2,600 for a single unit, the lack of visibility and extended wait time is concerning.

The only reason I am not giving a one-star rating is that the support team was responsive whenever I reached out by email. However, despite their efforts, they were unable to provide any meaningful updates on the status of the shipment.

My opinion based on my experience. I placed the order on April 9th that included a Halofan and cover. The Halofan shipped and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Today is June 3rd I had finally just requested cancel and refund of the fan cover in May but did not receive a response. On June 2nd I was informed it may already be shipped and then June 3rd I received a shipping confirmation that it was shipped June 1. I was told if I want a refund I have to wait for delivery on June 8th and then return. Things happen, but the communication and lack of transparency is the issue. No one should have to wait 2 months without updates after paying for something that still hasn't been received. I do not recommend Halofanco.com. It's really a fan projector. Anything 3D about it is no different then what you see on TV. It's difficult to play your own videos and images and obtaining sound and the directions do not help with this. I had to use AI and online searches to figure out how to use it which took hours and hours. I do intend to keep the fan and utilize it as it does project into the fan is bright and still pretty cool for what it is. Need to improve pricing, customer service, and communication issues along with legitimate directions for how to use. I was able to attach the fan to my own camera stand I had purchased for holding a camera on amazon, but my guess is if you don't get the cover with the fan it may be very difficult to obtain later. It's early but so far I would say the fan works and projects and I can play video and sound. So for product quality I would give 3 stars for the fan itself. The service and awful directions on use just ruined the whole experience.

The WiFi will not connect on my network and the power cord does not work on the Holofan after three attempts to get the WiFi connected. We want to love it, but is an awkward shaped paperweight in my basement now

Before ordering, I spoke on the phone with a customer service rep, who assured me that the product would arrive in time for the convention we were attending. We order, ten days go by, and we hear nothing from them. They aren't answering my emails or phone calls. I'm starting to think I got scammed. When they did answer me, I was told they had some warehousing delays, which would have been nice to know sooner. Our convention was a week away at this point. I was then promised immediate shipment and 2nd day air, but when I checked the shipping status, that promise was not fulfilled. I had to reach out again and request a refund before I was finally assured the product would arrive on time. It got here just hours before we had to leave, which would have been fine, except pieces were missing, including the part of the instructions that explained how to connect to the app. I had no information, not even what app to download. I reached out multiple times, was told different things by multiple people, was emailed a sketchy looking set of instructions for the wrong unit. The app is extremely glitchy and sketchy. I had to go through the process of following the steps to connect it multiple times before it finally cooperated. By this time, our group was already leaving for the airport, so we didn't even get to take it. Also, the app lists the network that you connect to as "Slavery." That's the name of the network. The final piece we were missing just shipped today, over a month later. As far as the fan itself, I don't believe it lives up to how they advertised it. You can clearly see the fan blades turning, which distorts the image you're projecting, making it look choppy. We ended up getting a 15% refund, so there's that.

Customer service is very responsive. Instructions could be better. Fan works exactly as advertised. There are some features that are problematic such a if you order the plastic case as part of the fan, you cannot access the memory card.

I ordered a HOLOFAN® HDMI - 3D Hologram Fan (39.4 INCH) for a Beverage Expo that we will be exhibiting at. We wanted to be able to showcase some of our beautiful visuals and stand out among the crowd. There were significant delays in shipping and I was concerned that we wouldn't have time to try the fan and get our presentation dialed before hand. I reached out to customer service to inquire. Rhea L. responded to my inquiry and was extremely responsive, courteous, and so very helpful. Rhea connected us with all the right people and made sure that our shipment was expedited so we didn't miss our deadline. I am very grateful for all the help!
