It’s more then 2 weeks now, holli travels hasn’t responded to my emails for refund. I asked to speak to the manager and they said there is no manager and hung up on me. Please be aware before getting trapped with this travel company as they will leave you stranded at the airport and will not refund your hard earned money.

I paid £1380 to Hollitravels for an airline ticket, but despite taking my payment, they never provided the ticket I had paid for. After I repeatedly tried to contact them to resolve the issue, they stopped responding to my calls and messages and eventually blocked my phone number. Their actions have caused me significant financial loss, as well as considerable stress, anxiety, and distress. I feel let down by the way they have handled the situation and believe their conduct has been unfair and unprofessional. Based on my experience, it appears that they gain customers' trust by providing a genuine ticket on the first booking. However, when I booked with them again, they accepted my payment but did not issue my ticket. Instead of resolving the issue, they stopped responding and eventually blocked my phone number. I am also concerned that some of the positive reviews may not reflect genuine customer experiences, although I cannot verify this. I am sharing my experience to warn others to exercise caution and I simply want this matter to be resolved and my money returned. As I urgently needed to travel, I had no choice but to purchase a new ticket using credit, which has placed me under additional financial pressure.

These people are scammers AVOID. Paid Amit for airplane tickets. Sent fake tickets and then said will issue the real tickets 17 July. On the said date received no tickets and then said they will issue the real tickets a month before travel. Spoke to their finance manager Rajesh and he confirmed the booking but still sent no proof. Now saying they have already issued tickets and not responding. Please avoid

I paid £2,900 to Holi Travels Ltd for Air India tickets. I was given a booking confirmation, but when I contacted Air India directly, they were unable to find my booking or my name in their system. The company repeatedly told me that the tickets would be issued 72 hours before departure, but communication has been poor, including promises to call back that were not kept. This experience has caused me significant stress and uncertainty just before my planned travel. I have reported the matter to the relevant authorities and advise anyone booking through this company to independently verify their tickets directly with the airline before relying on them.

Still trying to get refund after no ticket issued following payment . They are not acknowledging anything so far

Worst experience ever. Don't book your flights with them. They cancelled my virgin flight day before travel. As I booked economy with them and bid for upgrade which was successful. I lost the bid money with Virgin as they say they did not cancel the flight
Hollitravel did.Hollitravel after lot of phone calls and arguments booked Air Canada economy class for us. I am a Blue Badge holder with heart problems so I had to accept that what was on offer. Lost upgrade money. No reason was given why my booking was cancelled at the last minute. On way to Toronto as well my flight was cancelled and rebooked with different booking ref. I don't understand the need to do that.You have no control over your booking they cancel whenever they want. Don't book with them. Very very rude as well.

The only issue my ticket wasn't provided straight after made the payment, but both of them kept their promise.
I was told I will receive my ticket a month before my travelling date and it was provided on the date they promised

This was a strange experience from the get go. We accidentally came across Hollitravels. The flights were booked, but the tickets were not supplied straight away. I had a lot of calling to do to get the details and tickets. Frankly I was frustrated. Sadly the tickets were not offered together even when the fares were booked. Mum and dad had separate seats on the plane. The communication via Ahmed was clear. I have read the reviews left here. I see some of you say you were dealing with different agents. Without fail I got Ahmed everytime. I will be amazed if I get someone else next time. Anyway Ahmed was very polite. The flight were considerably cheaper than virgin or online. And it was nice to get several calls along the way to see if my parents were happy with everything.
